I just enhanced my first tulumbas to mk2, acquired before the economy changed.
Keep in mind that the weapon is purchased at level 5..
I was surprised to see that upon enhancing, it reset at mk2 level 1 instead of level 5 already. I looked at the wiki for the weapon and the page shows damage values for mk2 weapon at level 1 and up, but there is a question mark on the cost and time slots. Upon researching the old economy chart, I can see that the enhancement would bring you to mk2 weapon at base level 5.
Now, I know that the couple of million Ag required to level the weapon up to level 5 is negligible but I thought I would mention it so other would not be disappointed.
Moreover, while the extra silver cost up to level 5 isn’t a big deal, if you choose to speed up the 1st few levels, you end up spending about 1k gold which you did not need to in the past. The time to bring the weapon to level 5 is also comparable to old economy standards but I thought pixonic assured nothing would change for gear purchased before 4.1.
Well it did!

M2 always takes weapons to L1 regardless of their level when you buy them.
Been that way since it started and the pop-up tells you it will reset to level 1

Can anybody else confirm this? Close in my plans is to upgrade my Pre 4.1 Tulus.
