I just notice when I look at the Legends list I don't see alot of Inquis any more. Is it because those guys are running all Spectres instead? Or has something happened that makes the Inquis not great? I still like my Ember/Taran build. Not sure I would put in another Spectre to replace it as that Ember is so powerful.

Everyone's wallet is different. Mine can't afford all the spectres so I run 2 inquisitors and love them.

I use an exodus/orkan Quizzy and love it. Too easy to dodge the blowtorch if you have any maneuver room at all.

Ever since I got the Exodus, I love my Inky again. I'm nowhere near Legends though.

It’s similar in function but not as OP as the Spectre - so why would Legend Leaguers bother with it? I see them occasionally, but even on that odd occasion the pilot usually only has a single inquisitor; it’s rare to see more than one in a hanger. I run a Redeemer/Taran build and like it; and I’ve just started upgrading an Avenger/Punisher setup - so may try running 2 when it’s levelled enough - but might eventually put the Avenger on Falcon as I don’t like to use more than one of each bot.

I enjoy my Inquisitor but at times I find him quite slow and the game seems to be fast to me.

I think everyone has adapted to fighting stealthed bots. The Inquistor has a huge, tall hit box. The Spectre is much harder to hit. I just upgraded my Stalker to a Pursuer and I have to be much more careful while stealthed because I can still get wrecked if my opponent knows what he’s doing and I’m not careful.

Quiz is a better bot then I gave it credit for early on.. It's not my favorite bot by far but it does surprise me when I use it.
Having said that Spec is better so if it's a down to those 2 bots Spec every time.

I enjoy my Inquisitor but at times I find him quite slow and the game seems to be fast to me. Definitely. Specter is agile. High/long jump, fast on the ground. So even when your stealth wears out you may be lucky to get to cover in time. Not the case for Inquisitor... poor, slow bot....

I can't say much of Legends but they sure kill me with regularity in Expert.

So even when your stealth wears out you may be lucky to get to cover in time. Not the case for Inquisitor... poor, slow bot.... Which is why - although the Inquisitor is still OP compared to legacy bots, it’s not game breaking OP like the Spectre; and that’s probably why it has grown on me (I disliked it at release). Unlike the Spectre which I still dislike using - at present I just use it as a counter shocktrain build by using Hydras (Red Rage). The drawbacks the Inquisitor has are actual drawbacks - big (large hit box) and slow (limited area control, evasion and pursuit), all of these help to balance the OP stealth ability. Whereas Spectre’s drawback isn’t really a drawback in most situations when it is used right, so it’s just OP throughout - hell even with 3 slots it would still be OP but that’s another discussion.

No, Inquisitor ember/2taran all 12Mk2 Or ember/2scourage all 12Mk2 Is legendary itself. You would finish your targets at sky or at 5 second of stealth after landing or even after landing, inquisitor 12Mk2 has 196.000 HP it lust long.

The fact that a jumping stealth equipped Lancelot is considered not good enough by the higher leagues should tell you all you need to know about the game's current state.

By the numbers, an Exodus is NOT worth 2 Orkans.
4 level 9 Orks gives you a damage output of 183,000
A L9 Exodus and two Orks is 156,000
So the spectre wins in damage. And agility. Once descend wears off, shifting that hulking Quizzy out of harms way is not an easy task
I use an Exo/Ork Inquisitor and it's awesome. When I get my first Spectre (soon), I'll use it for medium range though, not brawling.

Yeah, it's that the Quiz directly competes with the Spec and the Spec simply outmatches it. The Quiz may have more health, but that's not enough to make up for the Spec having a superior jump, ground speed, and firepower.

No burst heavy weapon is worth 2 med weapons in any weapon class of the game to benefit from the stealth, this leaves Quizzy to be used when you want a special weapon like the flamebreather or however is called, but even in that case being a sustained DPS weapon you can't really juice it out. So the 4-armed abomination is flat better.
Numbers vary, but in general, 1 med = 1.5 light, 1 heavy = 2 light, so 1 heavy = 1.35 med. Incidentally, the weapons where this rule is violated the most are in med weapons where the damage is even higher than expected: Orkan is the flagship example, Taran not so much but still over the expected, etc. Other offenders are Avenger, Big Molot, etc. but at least one would expect big oomph from big weapons that should only be allowed to be carried by big, slow bots, but War Robots screws with even basic physics so bad that you don't really want to discuss this.
