Today I played KOTH on Shenzen. We had a tanker who scored 0 damage and the other team also had a tanker with almost full mk2 hanger. Near the end of the game this tanker came out with his weyland with ancile, also there was an ancilot and fujin and they just sit near their home beacon protecting each other with anciles and healing and nobody could take them out. If this is not cheating then I don't what is. Don't understand why people do this kind of cheap stuff.

they are not going to win KOTH camped on the home beacon But they did win. They camped after they made sure they would have beacon advantage at the end of the game no matter what.

Maybe you should have tried harder at the start of the match ... then camping on home is pointless

It's not cheating. It's playing to their bots' strengths. Want to talk cheap? Wait til you get zapped by multiple STs and killed by your own team.
I hate to be the one that says this, but you sound really young. Should you be playing this game?

What I like about this game is the different play styles.
Would I run a healing bot? No!
Do I mutter curses when I see I have three artillery bots on my team? Sure!
But I think it's also a mistake to run a hanger consisting entirely of short range brawlers.
Embrace the diversity. Just don't be the artillery guy who stays in his Natty for the whole game.

But I think it's also a mistake to run a hanger consisting entirely of short range brawlers. I run two midrangers (rdb griffins) mainly for KOTH and TDM. On some maps I would only run brawlers (PDB and DB griffins), but 2nd hanger is not possible under current economy.

I've only come across one healing bot, a Mender, who was getting hammered by a Zeus Carnage. I managed to chase him off and get between the two when an Ancilot comes around the corner. My Golem didn't have the right setup for that kind of fight, but it was too late at that point, I was committed. Then a green wave washes over me and I'm near invincible. Unfortunately the Mender was pretty beat up and didn't last, but thanks to the assist, neither did the Ancilot. It's not cheating to take advantage of the various abilities the bots have, which, I do agree, are getting a little crazy. What's next? The ability to phase through walls?

It is very difficult to upgrade 1 hanger, which I calculated will take more than a year to upgrade to 12mk1.

Simple. Don't upgrade to level 12. I'm in Masters and I still don't have anything at level 12. My highest weapon is...you guessed it, a pair of Hydras! And they're sitting at level 11. I run 3 hangars. Most of my stuff is level 9 with some stuff still at level 7 and 8 and some stuff at level 10.
I would suggest getting a second hangar and aiming for level 6 on your gear. Once you have all your gear at 6, focus on upgrading the bots to level 9. That way, you take advantage of the maximum speed. If level 9 is too out of reach, then stay at level 8. I was at 8 for a very very very long time. Once you get your bots to a comfortable level, then focus on your weapons. I would probably bring them to level 8 and then pause and rethink your strategy. In my experience, I tended to give priority to MR weapons because those will let you stay out of most brawler ranges and so getting as much bang for your buck for those weapons was worth it.

Good advice and almost exactly the path I followed with the account that I started after the MM changes on iOS. I am still at 9/9 (except for 1 10 Ember) and am close to qualifying for E1. I am outgunned in every match, just about. Even my fellow Experts run 11s and 12s and some Mk2 12s. The Masters (usually at least 1 or 2 in every match, and there are just as many M1s as M3s so, it's not just Experts that barely made it) are almost all at least Mk 1 12. The Champs, when I see them, are either just high leveled new players that have less than 1000 victories but have STs and Specs galore, or are damned good players who can rack up 1.5 milly games with mostly legacy bots.
I, too, have 3 hangars. Only one is a full 9/9 and it is my main hangar. I use the 2nd one for KotH specific play and the 3rd one is strictly a place to put the bots/weapons I am, or am thinking about, upgrading. It will be a 6P hangar again when I have the dedicated time to devote to it again.
I don't know that I will try and upgrade much further, (maybe to 10 on certain bots and weapons but that is it, I think) because I am actually having fun in matches now... might as well enjoy it as long as I can.
IMO, YMMV

Just played 2 beacon rushes. Plain and simple, the team that drops the most ancile shielded bots wins. Add to this menders, weylands, weylands with ancile and the only thing the opposite team can make is stripping ancile shields. And while they strip shields they are getting slaughtered. The tiny damage they made will be restored by healing. The game gets more and more skilless.

You're likely not using the right bots or the right tactics. Team play is very important when taking on Ancile bots. You have to remember that there is a counter to everything. Mender and Weyland actually encourages team play, and if the other team is using them to their fullest, then kudos to them. I've run into the Weyland camp combo too and it can be downright annoying, especially if one of the other bots is a Raijin or high level Ancilot. If you're going solo and see this combo, it's better to just walk away. You ain't dislodging that group from that beacon.
But.
What you SHOULD be doing is rejoicing cause they're tying up 2 or 3 bots on ONE beacon! That's 30 - 50% of their team! Go freaking run for another red beacon!
Tip: if you run a brawler hangar, you will never be able to take on Ancile bots on your own. I learned this the hard way. Yes, you theoretically can take on an Ancilot with say a Gareth (highlight of my time in Gold actually), but it's very hard, you have to be very good, or even more important be very lucky. If Anciles are giving you a hard time, consider a build with the Aphid family of missiles. NOTHING strips Anciles as fast as these! When I was running Aphex Hover, my primary goal wasn't to hit bots. No, I was the Ancile shredder. One salvo was enough to strip most Anciles leaving the soft insides for my team.
These days, of course, I run Gust Pursuer and Thunder/Gust Mercury. These may not shred Anciles as fast, but then I also am able to claim the kill myself.

The only solution is to stop being a coward, most players are too afraid to get in there and do damage, they'd prefer to stay at maximum range at all times, I say 「fluffernutter」 that sh*t, I'm jumping that into that Ancilot's safety bubble with a full RDB volley and I plan on taking him down with me.
If all players stop hiding and being dependent on chip-away damage, these guys would go down faster.

Rule #1 Know your enemy. And by that I mean what bot and load out. Once you know that then you can assess what you're also driving. If you are driving a bot that is a good counter to that then go for it. If not then runaway, runaway. Find another fight.
You need to learn the counters and what works for you. Experiment with different game play. Listen to what the forum folk are saying because you're getting some good advice.
