I've played for a few months, and while I'm no ace I managed to get my rating up past 60% for a short while before a series of really bad games set me right back down to 48. Frustrating.
Bad MM system kinks aside, there are behaviors that I noticed in all of these matches that I wish would stop. (Please note that this is not directed at anyone here, just things I've observed in my matches.)
EDIT: Also, ditching. If everyone stuck to it and did their best, every match would be that much better. Even losses in those situations can still be fun, knowing that the entire team gave it a fighting chance. Ditching helps absolutely no-one, and I hope that a penalty is instituted for abuse of it soon.

- Not capping beacons. I don't care how much of a rush you're in, if there's a nearby beacon that you can claim without getting fragged, claim it.
- Grouping together and trying to punch into red territory from the side / behind when the reds are already all over the map. Too late, break off and defend!
- Having more than two snipers out at a time. Very, very few battles are won by almost all of the team hiding behind the nearest big piece of cover and popping off ineffectual shots at whatever happens to be moving. If you see that there's only a single knifer/capper struggling to do it all on his or her own, be a good teammate and eject into something more appropriate for the situation. There will be other times when you can be the one to hang back and provide sniper support.
