Yep. They killed the Kang Dae. Totally garbage. Hit reg on non moving target is null and voided. Hit reg on moving target.... Well dont even use the god damned weapon. Decreased damage. Below that of Nashorn. Sure it reloads quickly, but with above issues, 100% useless.
Should have just left it alone.
Oh and my white mummy wrap is grey. I purchased white. Why does this company make such silly changes?

It was the first sniper mech setup. Used to hit 1 mill damage all day. Its reduced to 50-60k on a good day.
You're right. I should laugh it off too, but I earned the money spent on my account.

I kinda like the new Mummy skin. It's less cartoony. If I get another Leo I will get it.

Damage is about the same as a Nash, now... but the range is shortened. Oh sure, 3 seconds less reload time... but 800m isn't the same as it used to be. It's not worth the trade off, in my opinion. Damage should have been untouched and then the range drop may have been worth it. Also, OP is saying that it seems to be bugged now with damage not registering... I can't speak to that as, lately, I can't get past logging in to collect 「dookie」. The act of playing is just not calling to me. But that's another story.
IMO, YMMV

I quit the game just before these changes occurred. I posted several times about how nerfing the KD range was beyond pointless. It was it's only selling point.
I had no idea that they'd nerf the damage too. I honestly don't understand that one.
So, they took a weapon that nobody used and changed it so that nobody would use it.
Good work Pix.
(I had leveled my KD to max, that's why I was interested initially).

I was just checking the stats on both weapons. Now Nashorns are the long range weapons. Less damage but longer reach.
I am going to put 2 Kang Daes and 2 Nashorn on my Butch and play a few rounds just to do a head to head damage comparison.

Bravex I am interested in seeing your results.
So I am running Natasha with 2x gekko lvl12 mk2. One KD and one NH. All the weapons where 1100 meter range.
I didnt realize KD distance was shortened. That would explain the hit reg at long distances.
It was fine the way it was. The long reload time was compensated for big damage output. If anything, the should have just increased the damage output to make it a true sniper weapon.
Hopefully they hear my crying and put it back to normal lol.
