Android forum noob needs help

I'm on an Android ZTE ZMAX Blade (juggernaut of a phone) and I can't for the life of me figure out how to post pictures on this or any forum with my phone. Which sucks because I really like participating in memes and sometimes I feel like posting screenshots from the game.
When I was using a computer all I ever had to do was just rightclick and copy then paste or highlight then copy paste. I use Google chrome web browser.
When I try to hold 'cursor' over an image on my screen all I see is:
•open image in new tab
•download image
•search Google for this image
•share image
•(sometimes copy link address)

And none of those options lets me add/insert/or paste the image on a post I'm writing. If I download the image, all It does is just save the file and bring It up in a gallery program/app.
If I manage to highlight the image (which is hard to do because you need text nearby to press and hold to start highlighting) and then select copy, and then paste here all It shows is blank space + the text I highlighted. A how-to google search has lead me nowhere.

Anyone who is good with phones... Whether It's with a certain browser app you need to do It or explain how I can do this with my phone, I would appreciate the help.
