It has come to my attention that some players will simply leave upon initial spawn only due to the fact of seeing the Hydras equipped on teammates bots. This act is extremely aggravating to me as it seems to be brought about due to an arrogant attitude that they "know all" and that if it isn't their way then it won't work. I have compiled a few bits of footage from runs I made when I was using what I call a HYDRA (How You Die, Run Away) Rhino.
Unique play styles and experimentation is what makes this game fun. It ruins the game when people are so stuck in their ways that they aren't willing to be open minded and are so worried about winning, rather than having fun, that they leave matches early on due to seeing something different. Just because it didn't work for you or you've seen too many people not know what they are doing doesn't mean that you should instantly judge a player based on what setups they are running!
Be prepared to change the way you think and the way you think the game should be played!

I like it! And definitely better than my spiral/molot-t experiment!

I like it! And definitely better than my spiral/molot-t experiment! Yep, the magnums are key to taking maximum advantage of the shield. From there pretty much any other medium can be put to use in some sort of way. The shield being the buffer, it comes down to the magnums to provide continuous fire without taking damage. Practice proper shield control and the Rhino is probably the most versatile platform in the game.

I like your video, I used to do some experiments to, Boas, Golem, Vityaz, Leos, using different range weapons , sometimes this setups works and others sucks, hope you can continue with that.

Just because it works for you doesn't mean its good overall. The only time hydras annoy me is when they are level 12 and on a fujin. And I don't have any issues with a hydra griffin or fujin in my team but 2-3 of them is a good reason to quit because most of the time they will never cap a beacon and they refuse to bring out any other bot until the end of game.
The behavior that pisses me off the most is that players stay in a mid or long range bot even when they are not making dents into the reds. I run a zeus/trident carnage and when I realize that my mid range attacks are not helping to clear or defend the beacons then I switch to brawlers; that is not the case with hydra users in my experience.

Yea true, anything might be good in moderation. I'd definitely say the more unique setups are probably usually only good when deployed alongside more common setups. Those same hydra users that aren't effective most likely aren't very effective with much of anything, hence why they would like to rely primarily on one weapon with decent range, lock on ability, and that can bend around corners.
