I was invited by a clan (TooL) it was my only ever invitation, so I took it. Being in Australia, I'm usually only one of a few online, usually just the only one, sometimes some 11 year old in America up late..... or a guy called Kwat... who only wants to play a custom game with the Pix-bots. I have told the 11 year old to go to bed on several occasions, he's up way too late. He reckons he's go 120 million silver...... Anyway our Clan motto is Spoon, I'm guessing like you it's the intimate cuddle, but who knows! I am not the clan leader or founder, however find myself looking for the dead wood and ejecting them and sending out an invite to players Blue or Red that are a f**king menance during gameplay, and usually it works, if not after 3 days I withdraw the invite. I leave a welcome message and all good, thumbs up. Our clan is full of what appears to be 0 contributors. Should I continue, albeit taking more weekly records, leaving a message about ejecting them and adding more players who want to be active? Does the name tag work in the clan messaging system to notify the Clan Leader. Is there a protocol or ethics for enhancing your clan? Grumpy Dog 01 (TooL) Spoon! Yes there is an exclamation mark at the end.

if you are unhappy quit the clan. you'll get plenty of invites once you start putting strong numbers in battles.

I'd kick out the inactive players and recruit players that are reasonably active, willing to squad, in compatible time zones, and are fun to play with.
Building a clan, recruiting, maintenance, can be a lot of work...hopefully you have others to help you out and "she'll be right".
Btw, I worked in Darwin from 2012-2014, fair dinkum!

@earlcampbell, oh yeah.... I'm guessing you were single. I'm only a short 3000 km drive South in Adelaide. I'm impressed you did well in the humidity for 2 years. Streuth.

There's a lot of things that can kill you in Darwin (besides the women there)...melioidosis, rust river virus, box jellies, western brown snakes.
Oh yeah, these critters are in the waterways too (I took this photo):

@earlcampbell you're a bloody legend. Ha ha, thanks, chasing oil and gas around the world has put me in some pretty cools places...
Btw, Aussie humor is unmatched, I'm forever damaged after 2.5 years there

Just add players you meet through random squading and you can reinvite to squad when youre online. Many end up squading with friends list over clan list.
