If only you knew how close to the truth you hit with that comment. I put eyeliner on in highschool once, and that same day I messed my neck up. Two of my vertebrae were basically scissored, top going left bottom going right, and this really really messed me up. I couldn't move my neck, and all my senses were faint. Felt like I would lose consciousness. Later that day, I tried taking the eyeliner off and it just got smeared (waterproof) and I looked wicked Goth. Then this really really attractive girl came up to me, asking if I was going goth, and between 「dookie」ting myself from anxiety, almost passing out, and general fear of women, I could barely mutter any words. Thank god for chiropractors, dude saved my life |

If it's been bothering you for almost a year then, no, that's not normal and yes, you should see a doctor. And next time, use a condom, ffs.

If it's health related go see a doctor, Seriously don't 「wee-wee」 around about this.
You think you're untouchable at your age, I had some very serious health problems pop up at 34.. im still dealing with them.
Not to get religious but that saying "men plan while god laughs." If you think the road is clear it ain't.. you can't see 「dookie」 and worse off you don't even know you can't see 「dookie」.
Don't ignore health problems, if it's nothing you wanna hear the DOCTOR say it's nothing.
