That I have bipolar depression and PTSD, I just want you guys to know I really donât mean to piss you all off. Sometimes being an 「bum-bum hole」, and saying what I know to be right upsets you all, but truth is, having that kind of conversation is the only thing that makes me feel like a real person. I want you all to know Iâm sorry, ahead of time, if I offend you but it is in my nature to push boundaries.

In that case:
sow
s?/Submit
verb
plant (seed) by scattering it on or in the earth. "sow a thin layer of seeds on top"
synonyms: plant, scatter, spread, disperse, strew, disseminate, distribute, broadcast; More plant the seeds of (a plant or crop). "the corn had just been sown" plant (a piece of land) with seed. "the field used to be sown with oats"
In my case, used as a metaphor to describe the consequences of our actions.
sew
s?/Submit
verb
join, fasten, or repair (something) by making stitches with a needle and thread or a sewing machine. "she sewed the seams and hemmed the border" synonyms: stitch, tack, baste, seam, hem; More attach (something) to something else by sewing. "she could sew the veil on properly in the morning" make (a garment) by sewing.
Were you creating a metaphor as well?

The phrase about time heals all wounds is applicable to the truth as well. You may be hurt by the truth but in the end it will make you a better person. You be surprised how a little can go a long way to helping people when that little is truth.

Interesting thread... Since you are going full on honest, here are my thoughts and initial reactions. I have no idea what this is in regards to, so if I seem to be missing the mark of the intent of the thread, please don't take offense. Just be wary that one's problems don't mean that they have an excuse to be a jerk. Part of recognizing issues with one's self is taking steps to avoid letting those issues define who one becomes. I talk from experience. Both of those issues that you describe are VERY hard to control, no doubt, but they should never be a sheet anchor to excuse behavior that is unacceptable. Also, many folk confuse opinion with truth around here. When two opinions that are thought of as truth are tested against each other, emotional responses are bound to happen... Just speaking my opinion on this, as I am not sure of all that is true or false and refuse to fall into that mindset. To use a War Robots example... builds or weapons that are considered junk by many posters, I can use them and find a different set of results, and form a different opinion. In their mind they can see only their perspective, and it is truth to them. In other words, I have learned that just stating your side is usually enough. Attempting to force others to agree, is fruitless.
Again, IDK if any of that is pertinent or not, so take it with a grain of salt if you wish!
IMO, YMMV

Having some third party experience of both of those disorders I can at least imagine some of your struggles, even if I donât experience them personally. I also appreciate your willingness to inform your fellow forumites and give them a reference point with which to interpret your modes of expression. Having said this, I also stand with ⓣⓡⓘⓒⓚⓨ48 on this one. Itâs important not to confuse experiential truth with universal truth. In other words, just because something has proven to be true in your experience doesnât necessarily mean that this will prove true in everyone elseâs experience. Itâs a sign of emotional maturity when someone can articulate their own truths and provide evidence for them, while still allowing space for others to contribute their own experiences. I would encourage you to use statements like âthat has/has not been my experienceâ. Otherwise you run the risk of making the arrogant, egotistical and narcissistic assumption that you are truthâs only loyal defender... I think most of us like coming to this forum because folks here are generally pretty keen on telling the truth without being too much of a 「wee-wee」 about it. As long as you can deal with hearing the truth in return as much as you seem to want to share it, then I donât see either of those disorders getting in the way here
