Hi,
Started Dec. '17 on Lenovo Tab 10, then FB. I played a lot of Assault Cube before War Robots and recognized carryover tactics.
For example, I recognize War Robots maps and game types dictate how you should deploy mechs, i.e., the sequence.
Lunar Base provides a great example: I use a 10/10 Leo to hold the center under the bridge, eliminate as many bots (3:1), then shift to a Stalker to finish off whatever smoked my Leo; then I might deploy a 10/10 Natasha with Zenits/Noricum to add support and chaos for teammates I can't reach in time and hold my spawn position until eliminated; then I deploy a 8/8 Griffin with Orkan/Aphids to eliminate bots at spawn point that destroyed my Natasha.
As I see it, maps and game modes dictate tactics, but another factor is pay to play: this shapes early play until you've reached 12/12 line up of 5 bots.

What league are you in? I haven't seen a Zenit/Nori Nat in a long time...well, saw one in TDM, but thats about it. Don't really see them in games where there are beacons to capture. The Zenorinat can also be good in KOTH - if you don't feel like running around getting beacon points.
My tactics tend to be fluid and depends more on the current situation than the map. Map IS important of course, because it dictates which hangar I deploy. If I get a big map, then I deploy my big map hangar (I really need to come up with names for my hangars) and I'll likely deploy my Dragoon Fury first. My goal is not to cap beacons but to target, wear down or pick off early red beacon cappers. I'll usually bag a Kumi or two, and if I see a Haechi, they go up my priority list.
After my first bot is destroyed, I generally take a look to see how the lay of the land is. If we're behind on beacons, I'll try to cap one - or support the capture of one. If we're ahead, then I'll go lone red hunting and try to pick off any lone reds that might be trying to flank us.
