Not sure were to post this . but I'm new to the forum . been playing War Robots for months and seen old mm and new mm . but just a question. Will pix or would pix make it easier to get au/gold . example . took me along time to save up 5000 au to get 5th slot . I don't play every day as iv got real life stuff to do. But just asking if pix would make it easier for the non pro/ tt.who don't spend a cent on the game. I'm not complaining I'm just think of players like me who enjoy the game and well you no what I mean real life stuff .is not easy and take some skill when you get the hang of it and specific bots and strategies. For each bot or situation. One more thing I really do enjoy playing War Robots. I win some and lose some its only a game.

Best and only ways to earn gold (outside of events) is via battle victories (being in the top 3 winners) or daily tasks.
Rumor has it that the daily tasks and battle reward system will be revamped so stay turned...

In my opinion, although Pix definitely would change the ways to earn gold, they probably won't give handouts easily like they do in events. So in my opinion no matter how they alter the tasks and rewards, it'll be just as hard to farm gold before and after changes. The only thing you can really do to earn gold is just be strategic enough in the matches you play, (and yes you do sometimes get the back of MM's hand sometimes) so that no matter what MM gives you, you play hard enough to EARN the gold from damage and beacons. If you just learn the skills and get tips from the blokes on the forum, you'll improve enough to guarantee yourself 5 gold a game, and 10 gold a lot more often than before. Sometimes you'll get pitted against extremely difficult opponents, but don't we all? Just learn yourself up the curve, crush bots, take the rewards as they come.
Or you could keep Pixonic's children from going hungry.

If everything were free there would be no game. That is how they make their living.

Thank you for tips and input . and yes iv read most forums and watched YouTube vids like from Adrian from vox.sorry if my spelling sucks. And other vids. And help and tips is appreciated. But I was just thinking of the little guy like me who enjoys the game and doesn't spend a cent or /very little .and I do understand pix has to make $$$ somehow to develope and do what ever. Yes it does take skill and experience to now bot HP , weapon ranges ( no point firing a pin at 530m) .

Due to the Cossack's inability to outrange plasma without counting itself useless in most other situations, and because of the range overlap Cossacks tend to find themselves in, there are only two options left: fight or flight. Fight is synonymous with Corner in terms of Cossacks, but most PDB-compatible setups are able to either block or close out to corners with ease. Flight means abandon the situation, abandon beacons and pretty much abandon the Cossack itself. Flying away means rendering the Cossack useless for the next 20~25 seconds, which is a pretty significant amount of time. It is key to remember that on Cossacks (and Schutzes as well) the weapon IS ONE with the moving robot. If the weapon's range is 350m, the robot's split-decision distance is 350m. In terms of fight-flight-freeze, freeze is not an option against plasma when using a Cossack, as opposed to using a Rhino. Fighting back is pretty much kamikaze, but flying away... might as well eject. This contrasts with the Cossack's ability to outrange, outpace, outmanoeuvre or out-time \almost/ any other bot *coughthankyoutrebfury*, but PDB setups simply are the answer to Taran and Orkan Cossacks.

Kryptonite powered plasma? Less that, and more of how Cossacks rely on either the Taran or Orkan. Tarans are a part of the setup that beats them, so naturally in angle and range overlaps, Taran Cossacks simply cannot withstand exchange of fire without the numbers. Orkans have the ability to repel corner counters, but the issue is due to the 300m range of the Orkan, it's much more difficult for Orkan Cossack pilots to threaten the area enough to find themselves in a good corner position against a PDB setup to begin with. Both Tarans and Orkans are great weapons, and highly so on Cossacks, but due to the sheer Cossack-countering ability of the PDB setup, be it on Griffins, Rhinos, Galahads or even a mini-PDB Gary, Cossacks are simply aced on all of their strengths.
