Is there a clan out there that has a tier system where pilots are grouped depending League level? Ex: Clan1 CHAMPIONS to MASTERS. Clan2 Expert to diamond Clan3 Gold silver etc... And promotions would be mandatory to keep everyone equally matched with pilots of same skill. It can be a real downer when you except a squad request from a clan member and the match starts before you can see what level they are in. And... it's a loss because one pilot is litterly out of there League.
And If no such clan exists perhaps we should start one.

No it doesnt exist. No, it wont be implemented and as to why the simple answer would be there just isnt enough space in a Clan for what you are suggesting anyway.

Feeder clans. Separate clans for certain leagues and pilots transitioning to sister clans as the pilot climbs the leagues. I think the "aurora" group of clans does that and some Chinese clans do it. the issue is that the only well preforming of such clans are the Chinese ones from what I've seen and good luck to you joining such a clan if you don't speak Chinese.
The other issue with such setups is how do you effectively manage multiple chapters. Managing even a single clan in or near the top 100 takes some effort. even keeping the applications list down is an effort when you get hundreds a day :-)

Though it's not actually managed perfectly. It's much easier to manage if as many people as possible are on the combined Discord group. |

Black Ops does this too. We have 4 clans - one for top tier, one for experts, one for gold/diamond, and one for just being relaxed where activity doesn't matter.
