Hi im bruvs, I'm a more mature player who has started a new clan for others just like me who enjoys playing the game, ive got 35 members in my clan but I think. Only 3 members take it half serious while the others do nothing, so im looking to replace the non players with proper players,any level welcome as long as you play daily and do your best. clan name:team uk(tuk) anyone welcome, Clan id 71678, i play on android

Yes you have to guess. That qualifies you as more than half serious.
My clan has a requirement to be active with atleast 50 points per week. otherwise I replace you!
My clan is not a storage facility for lazy pilots.

bruvs u will always get players come in hard and then drop off.. its the nature of the game, and humans in general.
What i tend to do is wait a week, every sunday night myself or a Lt will go thro the players slacking ans see what the last weeks cups are at.. if its a 0 2 weeks on the bounce they are booted monday morning. Some are just away, or on buisness and those that are keen return to the clan.
we arent hardcore but a certain level of activity is required : l

Some are just away, or on buisness and those that are keen return to the clan. we arent hardcore but a certain level of activity is required : l Yes i kick out every monday as well, my weekly activity for last week is around 725 and this week as of now im on around 550 which i class as normal game play for a half serious player without being obsessed with it. 2 others are on around 300 but most are less than 100 and about 10 less than 50 and im getting a bit fed up with them now lol.im not really sure what's reasonable game activity but i definitely need to set a minimum weekly activity score, is a weekly activity score of 200 too low or fair? I just want some players where i can see they enjoy the game as much as i do lol. Im probably the oldest player in my clan and the rest are busy teenagers lol |
