New to the game, been playing for a couple / few months. My daughter gave me her old I-pad. I did a factory reset and went to the App store to look for a few games to entertain myself while on travel. Loaded up War Robots and now I am hooked. I play it when ever I am not busy doing something else. I even loaded onto my I-phone so I know when any upgrades are complete so I can do another upgrade ASAP. In fact my phone just went bing... yup, upgrade complete. Got to go...  |

This is just one more proof that the core game is still awesome. Welcome to the forum heavypiece. Just beware that there is a lot of discontent between the players and the devs right now. That said... If you ask questions about the game you will still get answers... tag me in a post if you have questions, I won't mind. Neither will most of the users here. |

Welcome heavypiece! Just as ⓣⓡⓘⓒⓚⓨ48 correctly said, we’re all quite salty on the forum right now with many of the changes that have been made to this game over the last year. Salty we may be, but we’re a good hearted and resilient bunch. Just accept that in many ways this game is not fair, so your best bet is to always find a way to get your own fun out of it. Glad you’re obviously doing so already - wishing you the best! |

Salty we may be, but we’re a good hearted and resilient bunch. Just accept that in many ways this game is not fair, so your best bet is to always find a way to get your own fun out of it. Glad you’re obviously doing so already - wishing you the best! I came to the realization that the game is skewed in favor of players that "pay to play" early on. In the lower leagues, I would see a really cool bot that was totally destroying every other bot, then I would look for it on the black market and it was like $100. So someone threw down a Benjamin and now they are hammering everyone.... "I see how this works". So I found a $25 gift card in a kitchen drawer and used it to buy some gold in order to upgrade my robots/weapons. Didn't really get all that much for $25. So now I just play and play and get some gold and some silver and a few things from the little "Pick a Card" games. Use the keys I earn / get from supply drops to open the chests.....Upgrade my robots/weapons and play some more. |
