Got bored one rainy saturday and decided to install this game on my ipad. Five hours later I looked up from my hole and my cold dinner was still sittin on the table and the wife had gone to bed. Its been down hill since. That was few months ago. Since then I've made it to gold 2 league with mostly level 6 stuff movin up to level7. Haven't done any squadding and don't have a clan. Not against it, I have just made it this far without really looking into it. Lately all my matches have been up against diamond and higher players with level 9 and higher gear. Almost every game I'm up against guys with mk2 stuff also. I started getting frustrated so I started doing some research and that lead me here. Also, I started reading up about 6pack league and that sounds really interesting. Would like to try some pickup games to see if its a fit. Anyway, just thought I would say hello from down here.

I'd say do your best not give in and spend real money. In about a month (or sooner depending on tankers) it's going to get real frustrating because you'll start facing crazy overpowered bots. There will be this voice telling you to buy gold to speed up your upgrades (that's pixonic's brainwashing taking effect). Some folks don't spend a dime and have a blast, some by spend 5 bucks here and there, and then some spend literally thousands... tens of thousands. If you take your time and develop good skills, you'll find yourself kicking the guys ?multiple dookie delivery chute? that spent a fortune on their hangar. Also, get on youtube if you haven't already and find some good do's and don'ts, tactics, etc. This is old but a good info vid from Stewpendous, pretty good guy and explains things well.
