Hello Folks, My Son has been watching me play and from time to time I let him get in a few matches, it is now starting to get a little frustrating when I log in and my hangar looks like a circus just passed through. I created a new google account for him and attached it to the google play. But I cant seem to get War Robots to load up a fresh hangar even after I connect his account to google play through the War Robots menu. I followed the instructions here: faq.Walking War Robots.mobi/hc/en-us/articles/207809159-Save-and-restore-game-progress But that didn't do it for me. My old hangar was still there, I figured since his account had never been used to play the game it should fire up a new hangar. There must be someone else sharing a device. In the past I used an old iPad and a PC emulator to load up clients for testing because I never did figure out how to get two War Robots accounts on one device. Anyways, any help would be appreciated! Loren

iOS and Android have separate servers, so progress on one server does not necessarily sync over to the other server. Unless both of you have the same OS, if he's on iOS while you're on Android, he'll need to start over (or try emailing Pixonic's support, though I'm not exactly sure if they can help or not)

You both play War Robots with same device?
I'm not 100% sure but you have to switch accounts on your device before starting up War Robots and as you did already log in to Google Play with that account to sync game progress.
That is only thing that come up to my mind. I have done it with Memu emulator, however memu supports multiple instances of the program so I created another account into second memu. Now I don't have to remember log in/out every time I want to use secondary account - just start appropriate Memu.

I loaded his new google account and started a new google play account. Even after changing "active user" to his account and restarted the phone after syncing, it still loaded my hangar. What I did just to get him playing was to uninstall the game and then reinstall the game. Now he's happy and I will end up taking a short break for the day until I can figure out how to switch without having to uninstall/install each time. Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'll let you know what customer service has for a solution. Loren.

Just got tired of the circus hangar setup and figured I would make his own. For now he is playing and that will work until I get some time to sit down and tinker with the phone a little more. I may just load it up on the PC emulator and let him at it if it turns into a big issue. Thanks for the reply! Loren.

One of our fellow admins on this forum wrote a guide a while back on playing War Robots on the Android server via a windows OS PC warrobots.wikia.com/wiki/How_to:_Play_on_PCAnd instead of installing/deleting the game between the sessions, you could click and hold the War Robots app, drag it into "app info", and under Storage, click "clear data", this will return the app to stock/default settings (as if it's freshly downloaded from the app store) I hope this helps. Let us know if you need anything else

Just make sure you have your progress synced to your old account first, or else you'll have to go through a lengthy account recovery process with Pixo's support.

Even after changing "active user" to his account and restarted the phone after syncing, it still loaded my hangar. You also need to start up google play games, make your son's account active. Then go into Google Play store and make his account active there too. You should be seeing this in War Robots. Log out and change accounts from the Google list. You will see the previous hangar in the backgtround and this dialog. Tap OK to switch to the desired account. (For anyone else using this guide, be sure to save game progress to Google Play before logging out and switching accounts).

It was the game that I had missed. I knew there had to be a way to do it! Now we are both happy and he can have his own set of mechs. He can find his own name in "fits found in the wild" post... I saw that and then saw some of the things he was mounting. Nope nope. Don't need my name in there.. lol. Thanks again everyone! Loren
