Currently 23 and growing. The 200 cups thing is only a minimun also, most players are active. Pretty much every evening EST there are 6-10 players on at any one time, so plenty of squadding available.

If any expert / masters players are interested at making the climb into champs with a clan that helps you and forgives mistakes, Honey Badgers is the clan for you.

You have a strong collection of bots and weapons there, well done! Not sure if advice is appropriate but would like to support you if I can.

If climbing up the leagues is your goal then you already have most of the hangar that will get you there.

My advice is to get the 5th slot as you intend, it is the single biggest improvement to your overall damage potential that you can make. Don't get distracted with gold BM offers or speeding up upgrades, I've been there and regretted it.

Following 5th slot, get a couple of orkans. They will never leave your hangar once you have them, believe me.

After 2 orkans get a lance. I know we're talking 7400 gold to get all 3 but they really help in the climb to diamond and beyond. Stick one of those spare anciles on the lance and you have yourself one of the toughest bots in the game. 2x tarans as weapons is always a solid choice. People use orkans too and that works well.

Of your current bots;

taran fujin - solid for your league but gets quite mushy in higher leagues as reds have more plasma. To work in higher leagues hydras are really the only reliable choice as you can hide your bot.

Thunder piñata leo - solid choice again but will lose steam in gold league. Its too slow with that loadout. The best leo loadouts in higher leagues usually involve anciles and aphids, or long range trebuchet/zeus builds. Becomes a good attrition bot with tempest and 3 punishers but reds get better at hiding once you hit high gold/low diamond and your damage will drop.

Thunder Carnage - brutal damage dealer in silver, still strong in gold, by diamond league dies too quickly. You could always put 2 zeuses on it for more range. Its speed makes it last much longer at that range.

Pinata jesse - will not survive long even in gold league. Does well with aphids but not likely to see much time in your hangar.

Plasma or puni galahad - plasma especially good choice. A plasmahad can actually beat an ancilot 1v1 due to its superior shield and slightly stronger firepower. Run from rockets though, as I'm sure you've already found out.

plasma gareth - good in silver as a beacon runner but you want to get yourself a kumiho long term. A much stronger option.

plasma stalker - stick gusts on it and pilot it well and you can use this even in expert league. Not as good as a pursuer but they're still incredibly hard to get without paying a lit of cash.

rdb griffin - keep your distance and its excellent even in expert. I still have one in my hangar now.

Weapons-wise, you will benefit from scourges, dragoons and embers especially in higher leagues, but again not easy to get. Your current set will see you into diamond easily enough if you keep levelling them.
