This is 「slow」 that new players have to go up against this. I am at the bottom of Silver league2 and they are listed as 3. This is a intentional cheat or tanking issue that need immediate attention. 2 games back to back with these guys same results. Find a way to deal with this or you will loose a lot of players.

Need forms to report cheaters or possible tankers and hackers. Also we don't not all play on these stupid platforms like iOS and Andriod I am a pc player. This game company needs to act more responsible and deal with issues instead of ignoring.
