Is good idea to have on my Gala and Lance combined missiles / plasma damage (plasma + Orkans). Is it good or should I change setup to full plasma? Or an other advices for me?

Personally I don't like setups with so many mixed ranges like this. I prefer symmetry.

Move the Ork to the Lance and the Taran to your Galahad. You'll now be able to play the Galahad without worrying about the ranges. As for the Lance, just keep in mind the Orks have much shorter range than the Zeus. You might want to move a Thunder from your Tash to make your Lance your knifefighter. The Tash can be turned into a Mid range platform, move your Zeus over to it and buy a Trident to compliment or another Zeus(if you have the gold and/or WSP). The Grif needs some tweaking as well.
Alternatively, if you insist on keeping the Tash as your knifefighter move the aphids over to it and switch the CRV's to your Griffin. Buy another Tulum and turn it into your midrange.

Get rid of the molot on the Griffin and replace it with another Tulumbas.

Get rid of the molot on the Griffin and replace it with another Tulumbas. You should also do something about the Nat as well. Move the Zeus out and save it for whatever you put in 5th slot and make the nat a knife fighter with another thunder (they are pretty squishy and slow though) or preferably add a zues and a couple spirals and use as another mid-range.

Move the Zeus out and save it for whatever you put in 5th slot and make the nat a knife fighter with another thunder (they are pretty squishy and slow though) or preferably add a zues and a couple spirals and use as another mid-range. Ideally, yes... BUT, what he has could be surprisingly effective. Here's why I say that... since the MM change, I have decided that trying new things doesn't make much difference to my overall winrate, so it's prime time to play. I ran a thunder/zeus carnage, and mainly used it from 400 - 200 m, and was pleasantly surprised. Zeus has such a fast reload, that paired with thunders and Aphids on that Natty, can do a lot of damage. Pop out of cover, fire the lock on items and a few rounds of the thunder, then back into cover. Wait for reload, then repeat. It's quite a lot of damage if everything is on point and hits. If you do get rushed, the zeus is fast enough, that, paired with the thunder, it handles things quite nicely. Plus, it gives the added range to hurt unstealthed stalkers and flanked shield bots with impunity, dragging them to you, so that you could give em the thunders and aphids as a present for coming to visit... Now, I stress, it is not the ideal... just not the worst setup while waiting for another Thunder or Zeus. JMO
