No Google Play login still, only Facebook. It is slightly unacceptable.

Boy this game eats through my battery faster than a fat guy to a KFC 20$ fill up. Just above one hour of gameplay takes 1/3 of my battery. How's your experience with that? So far, I like the gameplay but as expected, there's lots of stuff I have yet to learn. Manual aiming on a touch screen is a royal pain in the arse for me, as I of course play shooters, but usually with a mouse plus keyboard.

I really don't wanna leave War Robots again, but god how i'm annoyed with dash robots and shocktrains... If only pixonic did something with those shocktrains i'd be happy, dash robots you can somehow deal with... I know what you mean. I'd just as soon go up against an Orkan Haechi, than a ?dookie? train. At least I'd know what was killing me. I'd rather be receiving it directly, and not having it passed on through teammates from someone 500 meters away. There's no way to counteract a ?dookie? train. About being able to see who's killing me, Orks shoot me around ,under ,over and through buildings.Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

thought it would be better... been trying it for the Last 3 days. every thing seems too Clunky but i have played worse, i like the HUD, button placements, full control of Aiming(love this), but i see huge Camping issues that could pop up Later, Garage Set Up is interesting but see that it could be confusing for some.
it's missing that Bite that Grabs you and Says "oh i'am Gonna Try this again", which is what Walking War Robots had an made me play these past years.
thought it would run Smoothly but i had Problems even with my Better Higher End Tablets, had 3 crashes on my Huawei m5 (it even deleted my Wallpaper, i have no idea how this happened) and 2 on my Zenpad. gonna try it on kids S3 when they go to sleep tonite.
1: no google play sign in (once they do i have quite abit of Google Gift card $$$ sitting in my Play Acct. which i thought i would use on War Robots but have not due to Pix/Mail.ru's Stupidity) 2: battery Hog
these were the 2 that put me off though. gonna try again after a couple of months and hope its better, i really do.

Addition: This game clearly lacks taking a new player at the hand, explaining stuff. You're thrown into battle and that's it and you know, not a smart business move as a lot of players lack patience, try the game once and uninstall it if they don't understand a thing. BOT seems a more complex game than War Robots and should have some tutorial map, where you get to try stuff like PUBG does it. PUBG does this very well, as you get to know basically every item in the game, can try the various weapons, the scopes, the mods for the weapons and so on. This is how it's done and BOT is lacking this 100%.

There are only like 7 bots and 10 weapons, they start at tier1 and are cheap so that you can easily try them out before investing in upgrades. The complex part of the game is figuring out which setups and upgrades you want to make. This game seems like its actually balanced and takes skill so if someone’s gonna uninstall after one game then they need to play something like War Robots where they can pay to win.

Not to be a party pooper and such, but who actually thinks that this game won't turn into a P2W game? I'm pretty sure so many other game's had that motive and ended up relying on a P2W system for cash. Especially with games like these and War Robots, it is really easy to make a unqiue item only available via cash and still have numbers of people pay to get it. I think the game looks great (will try it out soon), but these days, P2W is very common in the gaming industry.

My point is: Other games do this better. It's nice that there's some in-game page but let's be honest here. They're not trying very hard winning new players over. In fact, BOT is the first game I played in years (PC, IOS, Android) without any in-game tutorial steps. This is no problem for hardcore players but the majority of players will look at it, be impatient and uninstall.

So there has to be compromises. Otherwise the game won't come out for another 3 years and they will be broke.

All its going to take is for the game to look like it's going to take off and have another faul.fu come into the picture with a big fat roll of cash. If Red Button sells out for the instant payout, we'll be right back into P2W territory just as fast as they can whip out another update. If these guys really care more about creating and maintaining a great game than grabbing a quick ruble, they won't cave this time. And they need to monetize it well enough to make players want to support it -- then maybe it will stick around for awhile in its true, balanced form.

Time to read through the bots and weapons wiki and make some good decisions what to get and upgrade. What a nice gesture on their side. I'm totally surprised.

I got it too. Not sure what to buy tho Anyhow, BoT seem to be drumming up business after the launch in lucrative markets.

they just gave everyone in the game 20 million currency to jump start their hangars What? Where does that come from? I only have, let me see... holy shmoly I got 20.66M EC! That’d take me like 200+ games to earn. Not sure how to spend it though, well playing with it just now they’ve drastically changed how building works. Used to be only a limited store and random items shown after battle, now it appears everything is available in the store and you fill all slots to get a T2 option. Spent 8M figuring this out and made my Nelly T2, along with one of it’s Stings. I like this system better to build up bots but don’t like how there’s no inventory, items just disappear when removed. Filling a slot of a Hammer there were several free items to choose because I’d already bought them, before this new system. But after equipping and removing that item is gone. This makes it difficult for a new person to experiment and figure out what they want. I’ve 12M EC left but have no idea what to choose.

I would recommend focusing on 1 build that you like. I.e Ravager Mangler/Hammer for example. Get weapons to T3 and put T2 upgrades in them, don't upgrade the T2 upgrades to T3 until down the line. This way it won't be much to change them out and the difference between t2 and t3 upgrades isn't much. However a T3 weapon get's a 4th slot, that's huge!

So, after some 20, 30 matches I think I'm getting the hang on this game. Enjoying my Natty, going basically everywhere on the map. High tower points, behind mountains being sneaky, oh the joys! Edit: The small fast guy on the screenshot, god he's fun being played as an ambusher. Generally, it's incredible how this game looks. It's somewhat better than Playstation 2 games and a bit below Playstation 3. If someone told me 10 years ago, that this would be possible, I'd have burst into laughter. Just beautiful:

So I've been playing more of this lately as I wait for endless upgrades in War Robots. I still consider War Robots my primary game and will continue to because it is definitely easier to play and I like the layout of things more. But Battle of Titans is increasingly growing on me. It's just so flipping COOL! The graphics are amazing and its look is more gritty, reminds me of Steel Battalion's look. I find the Y-axis difficult to adjust to and would probably prefer the auto-aim that is on War Robots, but I am able to mostly hit my target. I wish there were damage indicators because there is a certain satisfaction missing there. It is fun to play. Some quibbles I have with it are that it takes "forever" (like 2 minutes) for a match to begin, and then half the time the match had already begun. For instance, I dropped into a match and noticed within 20 seconds that it was "0 to 10." We ended up getting stomped like... 9 to 26. I've noticed the scores are OFTEN very lopsided, even if the damage isn't. The previous game "20 to 25" but hour team had done quite a bit more damage, which seems a bit odd, given it's TDM. Usually damage/kills are relatively linear. It appears this game just came to Android reaaallly recently, so I'm sure improvements will come. I think it's a great companion to War Robots.

You get games during prime time that are mostly filled with Real Players. And the game is intense and down the wire. It's like it was 2 years ago with War Robots. BoT will only steer towards that more and more, as more and more players sign up.

I've been playing BoT more than War Robots recently. I'll pickup my Champions League drops on occasion now.
Biggest sell for me: actual engagements with reds can last a while and shooting the inquisitor and hammers off a Terpitz and farming it for silver is deeply satisfying.
