So if you get nothing to say you got in, does that mean you didn't or will they tell you you didn't get in? They did exactly what they did with iOS and grabbed maybe a thousand or so testers to test certain factors and set certain parameters. Lucky 「illegitimate child」s. I've been optimistically informed(not officially) that more testers will be added fairly soon, possibly this weekend. I figure within a week or two at any rate. Considering how long we've already waited I'm very anxious to get to it. Android War Robots has lost all of its appeal for me since Random and the LPQ keep me from playing the game at all anymore with any enjoyment at all. STs are just the diarrhea icing on the quicksand 「dookie」cake that War Robots has become. And the Amazon servers are already swirling in the event horizon of the blackhole cesspool that PIXONIC has created for it. I am sincerely hoping for a mass exodus from the PIXONIC money pit, a total collapse of PIXONIC's monetary house of cards. They have taken from me what I consider a considerable sum of money for individual items that I purchased for my enjoyment. To me that's thievery and I despise thieves. Maybe if they had described it as a rental I might have spent less if any. But regardless I do not believe that I have gotten my money's worth as yet and so I'm pretty angry about being denied the ability to use and enjoy those items. |

I loved your variety of metaphors and illustrations. I took the plunge and uninstalled War Robots yesterday, off all my apparatuses. Being called a tanker by proxy because I elect to leave games on occasion because playing them is nauseatingly boring, didn't sit well with me. The only other option was to uninstall, so that's what I did. I'm done with War Robots until some major changes are made. Since that will probably never happen, I guess I'm done for good. May have been premature until and if I hear from BoT, but what the hell? I've put on weight since I started playing War Robots. Maybe this is a sign that I need to get out and exercise. |

Okay, my initial review: After playing three or four matches, I have to say it's definitely interesting. The biggest thing to get used to is, not only do you have a "X" axis (side to side), you have a "Y" axis (up and down), which makes aiming awkward. I haven't seen any auto lockon weapons yet. From what I've seen, you can fire missiles from modules, but you have to have the enemy in your crosshairs so the missile will know where to go once it's fired.
Am I uncomfortable with the new game? Yes, because it's different to anything I personally have encountered before. Am I disillusioned? Not by any means. In fact, I'm very excited.
It's early days in the testing, and I only have three of the most basic of robots. Their slowness and clumsiness might have just as much to do with my naiveté of the game. As I said, I'm excited, and will spend this weekend becoming more familiar with it. I know that I have a lot to learn before I feel anywhere close to being at ease.
The Android beta release hit precisely in time. I mentioned earlier that I uninstalled War Robots yesterday, because I can't stomach the new modes. B.o.T. will keep me busy for some time to come, as I become more familiar with it.

BoT is out for iOS, but if you mean global/US then I read it’ll be after 1.4 and they recently submitted 1.3 to Apple. So if it’s 1 month between releases then you’re looking at another couple months. Play it now by creating a new Apple ID in the U.K. region. I’ve been playing for about a week and it’s great but still very early days and it’s comparatively bare. In 1 or 2 years it will kick butt. |

No problems that I’ve noticed. And you only need to change the ID in the App Store app. Maybe Settings > App Store is the same but there’s many places to set ID and it’s just the App Store one to change.

First check if it’s already available in your region... Go here www.facebook.com/battletitans/Click the iTunes link in the about section on the right. It’ll try to open the BoTs page in the App Store and if you’re in a supported region then, boom, there it is. Just download. Otherwise you’ll get a dialog saying BoTs is not available in your region with Cancel and Change Region buttons. Hit Cancel. There’s a few ways to change region 1. If your Apple ID used in App Store has no money and no payment method associated to it then I believe you can use the Change Region button from above which just takes you to App Store > profile > your ID > country/region where you can change your region. I have money on my ID and fiddling with this didn’t work. 2. If you have a secondary Apple ID used for a smurf account with no money on it you can change the region on it. This is what I did. Change App Store to this ID and then change region. However there was a US billing address on my smurf ID and to change region I needed to update it with an address in London, including postal code, and it was a hassle to get something valid but finally made it work. If your ID has no billing info this will probably be hassle free. 3. This is the route I suggest: make a new Apple ID with no payment method and originally in the region you want (probably UK if you’re a native English speaker). Then just switch to this new ID and download BoT. Once downloaded/installed switch back to your original Apple ID. Create new Apple IDs here appleid.apple.com/account#!&page=create |

Post on the discord server is that the open beta for both android/ios on the same server has been submitted to google play/apple. Everyone should be able to try out BoT later this month and all play on the same server.

I'm excited for B.o.T specifically for the aphids and spider bots. Aphids and shotguns are my favorite weapon in War Robots simply because of the skill/reward fun factor.
Aphids in B.O.T. now include more skill due to the change in firing mechanics.
Climb any structure with a spider bot and those aphids CURVE like nobodies business (one of the first videos of B.o.t. Pheonix put out had on of these)
I love how they shoot depending on which direction the bot is facing. So if you're on a wall completely vertical to the ground and your bot is look up at the sky, the aphids fly up on the structure instead of flying forward in your camera view (like they do in War Robots)
Also the flying robot that could transform (on the facebook video) looked sicked.
Robot movement isn't as arcade-y as War Robots and TTK making the game more mature in a sense of skill will probably be hard to captivate younger audiences. As I'm sure a lot of younger boys (8 year olds) would rather go pew-pew with the root guns and any new content they make

I guess you can't call it a transformer because it's not sentient, but it folds it's legs up and a disc blade pops out making it into a sort of helicopter. Will definitely be my favorite robot if it can equip aphid-like weapons |

I will just have to wait until it is on iOS USA. which I am so surprised it didnt get here sooner. The player base and the $$ is usually here in the US with so many kids with disposable income. anyway that is my pinhole view of world economy.

I haven't played BoT in a few months. I had high hopes for it, but the last time I played, it had a long way to go to even think about competing with War Robots, never mind dethroning it. I specifically recall a messy, random and confusing store and upgrade system, and I hear there are issues with matchmaking, though that could just be from the size of the player pool. I personally did not care for the graphics or the bot and weapon mechanics, as I find War Robots to be much cleaner looking and better behaved. While I appreciate the realism the devs tried to bake into it, there's a point where too much realism detracts from the actual fun of playing, and I think they crossed that point. I stopped playing the beta because I just flat-out don't like how it plays. A live game can be installed, but right now you'd have to change your App Store location to Russia. I think they also released it in Asia now, too. At this point, War Robots is a bigger threat to itself than BoT is. Unless they've made some huge improvements to BoT since I played last, I won't be dropping War Robots for it. Though that's not to say I won't be dropping War Robots.... but that's another story.
