It is a game of squad tactics but there is no clear way to communicate. How about allowing messages: "on me", "take the centre", or "help!". You could allow chat before the start. The least you could do is allow a flare to draw attention, both visual on battle field and give a blinking indicator this would let others know a beacon is being stolen or to converge on you.

If only Pixonic add a bubble button when you click, there are shortcuts of words to press like... 'Get over here!'..'Finish him!'

Sadly, no one actually pays attention to those. Ever played a game with those notifications? Ever noticed that no one responds?
Also it would be irritating to have half my screen blocked by some one spamming "Help me!"

Maybe something unobtrusive, like a little symbol to the right of the blue indicator arrow. For those that know to look for them they can signal each other a bit. The messages should be your simple state: going for a beacon, getting killed, going to support. This way you can get a better read on your team instead of being inundated by orders.
People would have to use it and use it properly to have any effect though.

Well, if this forum is any indication, you would have players starting to engage in chat warfare instead of actually playing the game during a match. Then they would want gold for "number of communications posted" or "Top Chatter" in matches as I'm sure they would see it as critical to securing victory.
With only 10 minute matches, I don't know if I want to spend any time typing away - I use voice comms and use squad chat to coordinate in advance of matches. Plus the more you play, the more you build up the understanding of squad tactics that work and how to read the blue and red team players' actions for intent (ie, gathering for the 5 minute surge, have a DB work with an energy shield bot to attack or defend).
If you really want communication....join a clan (or have Facebook gaming friends to form squads) and jump on voice comms (Line or Discord App - both free). It makes the game even better - you can take down much more powerful opponents through coordinated squad tactics and win vs overwhelming odds sometimes. Plus comms allow you to chat away all the boring times like waiting for matches or waiting on players for equipment changes.

This way you can get a better read on your team instead of being inundated by orders. People would have to use it and use it properly to have any effect though. I thought people already had those things down by communicating with weapons. hey, you!: fire toward friendly going for a beacon: fire toward that beacon getting killed: fire toward a friendly from cover going to support: moving toward the fight in a straight line you should go get that beacon: fire toward friendly (hey, you!) then fire toward beacon (going for a beacon) (applicable when friendly is a numbnuts who is just out of range of a beacon and just standing there) focus on these guys: use a weakened bot in a kamikaze run and get all up in their face, hope friendlies notice your admirable death move, dangit!: push friendly around escort me: nudge friendly, walk slowly until they get it. Usually though, if you need the communication, it means your teammates are either too busy with their own problems to notice whatever you need, or just oblivious and have zero situational awareness. The other suggestion (health indicator for friendlies) would do much more to enhance team play than messages, I think. Maybe if it were limited to just a few messages per battle (so that it's only used when it's really needed, hopefully) and/or Pulse Hadron's suggestion.

I'd be all for some way to tell my squad mates "Hey, doofuses, I'm in a Leo, I am NOT walking 500 meters to that beacon over on the left, one of you stalkers do it! "
