Hello fellow pilots,
I'm not new, but I have been away for the last three months. I thought I was leaving this forum and the game for good last November...but as of yesterday I was proven wrong. Turns out I missed quite a few changes during my hiatus. But I still have the same original hangar. Decided to test it in battle late last night, and ended up doing better than I expected.
This year though I'm going to be much more frugal when it comes to in-game purchases. If I want to stock up on Components and other goodies, I'm just gonna grind for them.

Welcome back.
You either spend a lot or grind a lot (maybe small payments here and there). The middle ground doesn’t make much sense IMO. Also have the option of selecting some gold and silver stuff and maxing them. While not as good as the OP component stuff they still go a long way and will not be affected as much by the cyclic meta changes. Fully maxed PDBs and tarancilots can still be nasty if used well.

Good to have you back, infraviolet. I was wondering if I'd ever see that unique signature photo again. Although, I have to question your reasoning for returning to the meat grinder called War Robots. Some of us don't know any better. I had higher hopes for you. |

I think it was the gameplay more than anything that lured me back, and was curious what all changes might have transpired over my three month abs(tin)ence. I guess I'll ride out this Year of the Dog event and see how far I can get with the task and prize line. I'm just in it for fun really, even though I'm actively avoiding microtransactions. (With the exception of Premium account renewal - need that Ag) Maybe I just don't take it that seriously anymore. |

Whelp...instead of starting a new thread, I'm just gonna update this one and announce that I just uninstalled War Robots again, for a second time. And I likely won't be touching it again.
The last two weeks on this game have merely just been a reminder why I left the first time. Now it's even worse. My win rate dropped about 20 percent in a matter of two days, even though I gave it my all. And all the tankers with the Level 12 Mk 2 Shocktrain Bulgasaris are out of control. This game is a mess.
Maybe I'll see you guys in Battle of Titans. In the meantime, farewell.
