I was accepted to a Clan.

I see the little message thinger, but how can I drop with these guys?

What I'll describe here works on iOS. I assume Gameroom is not much different.

If you are in the clan already, if you hit the squad button in-game (shield icon on right side of screen), on the left side you will have 3 tabs which let you pick players to invite to your squad. The top one is FB friends, the middle one is clan members, and the bottom one is pilots from recent battles. A green dot indicates those currently online. Invite them, and see if they join.

Since they cannot see your invitation if they are currently in a battle, it may take some coordination by leaving messages in the clan chat. Or a more experienced clanmate could invite you to a squad instead.
