Been playing a while now but still haven't gotten around to actively looking for a clan to join until now. I'm curious to know just what someone should post here to get any serious attention. I could guess some of what might be pertinent, but as the Joes say, "knowing is half the battle". Some helpful hints as to what to post would be appreciated.

We look for activity mostly, then your hanger.
If you’ll pull 500+ activity points a week a lot of clans will gladly take you regardless of anything else.

In the wiki clan we look at the pilot not the activity, if someone is positive and willing to learn then everything else can be overcome with time...

At Nova Rising we look at a few things. One is of course your hangar, does it look right for the League you are in. Your League is not so important to us, nor your activity. We are a group of casual players and don’t have high activity requirements. We are happy with our 999+ Clan ranking. We enjoy the game and have fun playing it.
Will you join us on our Discord server? Have some fun, ask questions, share your thoughts and experience. Do you have a sense of humor when there? You better have. ?
The majority of us are older, then I fall into the ancient category. Players from all over the world. For me I have learned a lot just from that aspect alone. It’s cool to chat with someone on the other side of the world.
These are just a few of the things we look for.

I look for decent players with a good gamesmanship playing ethic who want to have fun playing the game while socializing. Link in my sig has all of our clan's requirements. Clans vary as do requirements.
If you're looking to start a clan of your own list those things important to you as a player and what you are looking for in a teammate. League, hanger size, activity level per week, availability(timezones), language, etc.
My own is rather discriminating and exclusive as we are looking for a particular kind of player/member. Others are simply looking for activity and squading. And some only want tankers.
Good luck.

We are still a young clan. I look for just a couple things. First is being respectful on our chat. I have no problem with people having fun and cutting up but when I see things I wouldn't want my children seeing I am not up for that. There are young players that enjoy this game and in not up for them seeing that sort of stuff Second, now that we have grown, is activity. You must contribute to the clan. I don't expect much but I like to see consistency, most people have real lives and problems happen. So putting some number on how much you have to play each week is not practical in my eyes.
