They could be tanking or they could be a whale. Tankers intentionally lose battles, causing them to lose trophies, causing them to go down in leagues, meaning that the matchmaking pairs them with players they can beat easily. Tankers can be identified by their highly leveled bots and weapons and by their high number of wins. Whales spend exorbitant amounts of money to purchase premium bots and weapons. Their hangar will look similar to tankers, but they won’t have as many wins. I can’t identify which the person you’re complaining about is, as for some reason, your photo won’t display on my device. Generally, though, it’s gonna be one of those two.

They wanted to climb to the top of the leader boards without even trying, so they shelled out cash to buy the finest bots and upgrade at a rapid pace.

He's got 14 max kills and high damage of almost 1.4 mil. Definite tanker.

The raijins leg got stuck in the league table. They have rubber band like legs. The owner goes up the leagues and then the raijin pulls him back into bronze. Those damned raijins I tell ya  |

If max winning rate is looked blindly, am I clubber or becoming one of them in later stage ?  This is one of my secondary accounts, main account is in Expert league.  |

This one abused tanking xD, I have around 500 victories and I'm in Gold league. This guy got 7k should have been in Champion already. That player has already been in Champion - note the winged cups under the standard cup score. The person has tanked down. Also note the fact that he has a 101 victory streak. The only way besides tanking he can get that many is by playing in a full squad of Dashes and Shocktrains. That’s obviously not happening as he uses 2 Griffins. |
