We have all some bad match ups, but over last 4 days it is becoming intolerable!!!

I had been running mix of lvl 3/4 light/med bots w similiar set up and dropped down yesterday to see if I stop seeing the Rhinos & other heavys will similiar lvl weapons & above. When the hvys are above my lvl, the weapons above my lvl - What the Hell?!?
