I'm seeing a much higher number of Gekkos since the update. Must be that buff it received. At least color denotes damage.

Haha, I installed mine a while ago. I am running Taran/Gekko Griffins. The Gekkos really don't contribute much to damage but let me splash some around at range, but better yet they are good for driving midrangers to cover. I mean nobody likes seeing the rainbow beams lighting them up and their health slowly chipping away, even if they have the health to take it and a weapon to return fire often times the initial reaction is dive for cover haha. 2xlvl10 = ~13.5k damage in 3s, 10% of a lot of bot's HP at that level.

I've been rocking x2 geckos on my griffin for the sole purpose of pushing snipers back. Doesn't do much dog but it's effective

It'd be nice to have the Au to spend on them, but I'm saving for my 5th slot. ?

And since I won a gekko last event, I just need one more. I am going to get 2 Gekkos for my Natasha after an Ancile Lance. Gekko KWK Natasha is also one of the bots I use in test server, mainly because test server is Walking Trident Furies

I got a waiting list for my upgrades already and a sniper isn't exactly top on my wishlist, but I might make it, if a sniper is needed for our clan. I just need to know, Leo, or Natasha?

I wold say Natasha because you want to play the anti Fury role. When I squad with my clan, I always have at least 2-3 midrange. Don't have a sniper yet because KWKs are at the bottom of my upgrade list

I got a waiting list for my upgrades already and a sniper isn't exactly top on my wishlist, but I might make it, if a sniper is needed for our clan. I just need to know, Leo, or Natasha? Overall, long range damage specifically for anti-trifurie duties... Natasha. 2x Kwk or Treb, with either Gekkos or Molots. If you want more versatility with light weapons, the Leo works... or if you have 3 gekkos leveled, like was said before, the Kwk/Gekko Leo is a pretty effective platform. Trebs would work too, but the reload of the Kwk is nice. If Anciles continue to be used more, Trebs may be the ultimate choice. Until then, Kwks are preferred. As for Molots, they would work, just not as well. From 800-700 their accuracy is not good, 600-700 still not great but a little better. 599 and down they hit pretty reliably, but now you are in the range of the tridents. So, within the 600-700 range is the best for actually doing damage with molots, but they tend to do pretty well at suppression even from 700-800 as most Furies will try and hide from the barrage. You could sacrifice range and put pins as the light spots of either platform, but that is sort of hampering yourself from staying out of the Fury Trident's range.

If you like attention, put 4 of them on a Patton. Whenever I break mine out I make so many friends. Red really wants to come party with you when they see that shooting across the field in Shenz.

We had a couple of guys put on their L12 Gekks on a Gepard and a Patton to use on Yama since we were getting that damn map so often today. They lit up red...noticeably better damage than previous. One guy did 500K damage just with the gekko gepard throughout the game - good enough for 4th place in a heavy L8-10 match. A couple of matches down the road, we ran into the same squad on Yama and they had dropped in a Nashorn Fury - that damn thing kept the gekk guys dodging and weaving.
And then the other problem is that the gekks are just crap in the short maps and lousy on shield bots.
So still more for irritation than anything else.

If I had them, I would team them up with Zeus on Vits and Nats (maybe leo's) as an anti ancile, jumping, and fast bot platform. Currently use Molots, but the auto-aim, ROF and scary heating effect make Gekkos a better choice. Just probably not 1500Au better.
