It's frustrating to lose in a 1v1 against a red whose Tarans are doing full damage while mine are only doing puny 1/3 of its appropriate damage.
Are they going to fix it or is the Tarans rendered useless for the future updates?
if rendered useless then I will switch to punishers that actually function and works as intended.
It's got nothing to do with my WiFi connection btw. Each update breaks one thing or another...

Same problem here, missed a few kills were the target had only a sliver of health left and my Tarans just went through him and somebody else finished him off.

Okay so it's not just me experiencing this bug then. Why would they screw up a F2P's strong weapon? like seriously It isn't just Tarans. The Redeemer suffers from this bug too.

My Tarans are only doing 1/3rd of their proper damage to reds, red tarans however seem to be full damage. Example: My fujin taran and red fujin are both level 8 in bot/weapon level. I fire a full clip at him and leaves him with 50% HP, when he empties his clip on me I'm left with 20-30% HP left when were both at the same level.

I have reported the Taran bug many times to Pixoic and they act like they have never heard of such a problem. I even pointed them to a Adrian video where he was experiencing the issue of not doing proper damage. I hope others are reporting this to Pixonic and not just posting here!

How effective is it to report to Customer Support? Just wondering so I don't end up in the same lemming train as you. Because you said they act like they've never heard of the problem. Reading Heathen Cats posts previously, the customer support is 50% reliable and they're good at spewing lies to the player about inquiries.

There is a similar issue or bug - I know people don’t mind this one though - with Shocktrain. There are many instances where there is no lag, no obstructions, there’s clear los, the weapons are fully charged, the shot is fired at a non-shielded robot, and they take Zero damage. There are other issues with the ST as well, but I am putting together a report to send to Pix. I’ve written them many times about issues, they have responded quite quickly, appreciated the feedback, sometimes asked for more details, and more oft than not have fixed the things I reported, so it is definitely worthwhile for everyone to send individual reports to Pix about this.

I would say many of the "support" people do the best they can, remember they are just doing what they are told and selling the kool-aid of the day. I have had some good conversations and they have addressed some issues so overall 50% sounds about right. The more you stick to the issue and the better you describe or explain the bug will determine the response most the time. IE don't swear and rant... Guilty of this myself many times..... If they receive and read lots of the same complaints they will pass it along to those that can actually do something if it is a bug. It may take time as we have all seen with prior glitches. Lastly they have been swamped and a little slower than normal getting back lately so it my take a few days to hear back or maybe they are just tired of me. :-)

This happened to me twice today. I was on the receiving end of a Shocktrain in a Griffin and twice it did no damage.

Ahh, the boss has spoken :O. Since you clarified whether Customer Support is worth a report or not. I've made up my mind and will report the issue directly to them then in this case. I get that bug too with Shock train where a red takes zero damage even though they're in the plain open.

Reporting Shocktrain Bugs
Cool. Since we’re on topic of reporting, consider the following Shocktrain issues and report them as well if you experience them:
1) all necessary factors for a hit are present, there’s no lag, yet an unshielded bot takes Zero damage
2) they fire and hit your team despite no los and out of range (such as on moon seconds after we spawn)
3) Sometimes they go through physical shields, sometimes they don’t
4) They shoot through obstructing terrain.
In the above, I take many things into consideration. For instance, going through terrain isn’t me wondering how I was hit behind cover, it is me firing directly at an obstacle and the red behind it takes damage ?; or, when it goes through physical shield, it isn’t that shield has been damaged, I’m talking full life Rhino or Lance, my shots go through sometimes, and not at the sweet spot for Tarans in the side of shield, but also, when I’m in those bots, a direct shot at my full life sometimes goes through and sometimes not.
Reporting Kamiho Bug
Lastly on reporting, if you own a Kamiho, plz send in a report requesting them to fix the stutter walk bug that happens every time you go down certain INCLINES/DECLINES ?, make them walk like all the other bots do in these situations, smoothly. Thank you

It's either bugged or latency lag. When ever they are one pixel a way from death they don't die instantly it take another seconds for it to register

Who says my connection is good -_-? My younger sister (who is 17) streams 1-hour long, 1080p episodic Korean drama videos every day on both her phone/laptop even when she's not watching it and the connection has been laggy since the day 1. I have to put up with it even though the ADSL+2 plan is under my name and I have to pay the internet bill with my own work money. There is simply no such thing as a good connection for reasons like above :/. If anything it's stable enough to play War Robots without becoming unplayable like World of Tanks.
