Usually when I get too tired or my eyes are paining because of playing /watching something constantly for some hours ( in tv,comp etc not watching something in rl ) I close my eyes and try to calm my mind for sometime which really helps out a lot and lowers the pain ( almost like meditation ) . But whenever I do that I hear a ”eee” sound almost sound and it’s too loud sometimes or sometimes it is not. I tried and asked other person sometimes but they don’t hear it . Although it gradually goes away when I open my eyes I am curious what it is ? p.s - I don’t have any prob with my ears and I can listen perfectly well

It could be Tinnitus or it could also be exposure to electronic devices that release ultrasonic sounds. It's known that sometimes when an airplane flies over your house that you'll hear this electronic "whistling" for some reason coming from electronic devices in your home. There are also people who hear such noises permanently, which then it is referred to as "the Hum".

Time to amputate your ears.

Could mean you need to lay off the devices for a bit, limit your screen time, and take regular breaks.
Could be tinnitus if you are using headphones and have the volume too high.
. . . never hurts to visit the ear Dr.
