Not a bad ending, but it seemed a bit rushed. Out of the blue - Oh by the way, we've joined up with Al Capone and all your men are actually on our side. Didn't anyone tell you? BLAM.
Was there any hint of this up until that point?

I was seriously worried that they'd killed off Arthur, but then when you didn't see the body during the funeral that was a dead giveaway that he was alive.
A bit that made me really happy was Arthur's fight with the mafia.
The mob assassins have guns and there's two of them. Arthur Shelby is alone and unarmed, but covered in red paint.
No contest!
Was sad to see Alfie leave though - Tom Hardy was brutal in that role.

I just started watching this with the wife. Love it although she struggles with the accents. lol, kinda funny as she is from LA and I am from NY. They struggled with me to! : )

A great series but yes the ending did seem a bit rushed.Also the accents are so thick they could have used subtitles.
