Broke into Gold III yesterday at long last...expected the trend to continue of getting crushed repeatedly and winding up in the bottom 2 most battles, win or lose; this was the case for each League graduation since about Bronze II.
Instead...about 70% wins, increase of about 1 kill and 150k damage/battle, top 2 in almost every battle since I started Gold III.
Freaky.

Matches were fixed prior. THey changed the MM a week ago on iOS and longer ago for Android. Maybe last month. Same here, 60%+ win rate and 100K+ avg dmg.
I think this is starting to ripple through, so the tankers who drop one match, play one match know every game is winnable now. So that means more bots to shoot at and more dmg. For upper tiers, there's no more mixing of leagues so no more Whales stealing all my dmg. I heard that lower tiers is different, and still alot of mixing but I haven't played my smurf account to verify.

Can I suggest making the natty Thunder punisher - or making a proper RDB griffin (tulu pin).

Your hangar looks fine, and if you can average 518k damage and 4.6 kills you must play very well.
A couple of suggestions: Convert the poor man's death button into an RDB, which is tulumbas and pins. With all weapons having the same type and range it makes for an extremely useful midranger. It can take down about a third of a griffin's health. Also, convert the thunder pin natty into a thunder punisher. The punishers will allow for more damage output.

In the meantime, I just swapped the Taran for my new Storm for a test run. Work in progress. Oddly, I find the Natty more effective with the Pins than previously with Punishers...higher initial burst possibly, given Natasha's low durability in a brawl? Or maybe just coincidence. FYI...the numbers I posted aren't the average from my profile (last 50 games), just my quick calculation for the 12-15 battles since hitting Gold III.

I think OP made it through the turbulence of the clubbing band. easy sailing til masters

That could be part of it. I faced my share of 9/9 to 12/12 bots over the past three weeks...now that I'm facing mostly my own level, things are much easier. Especially with my whole team sticking around a lot more often. Made some hangar changes too...improved my Rocket Griff to something resembling a DB setup (as described above) and shelved my Treb Gekko SniperBot Natty for the much more effective Gepard.
