As I've been upgrading and adding to my inventory I've ended up with several duplicate weapons. I was selling them back, but I'd like to see some ability to merge weapons and bots. example: if I have 3 level 2 AT Spirals I'd like to merge all 3 into a single level 6 AT Spiral or I have 2 level 5 Zenit's, I'd like to merge them into a single level 10 Zenit
same with the robots: If I have a level 6 and a level 4 Golem I'd like to be able to merge them into a level 10 Golem
I'm sure there is some formula or chart for mergers that's fair so we don't waste a bunch of extra equipment.

Remember anything that makes too much sense, which this does to me. Will never be used as a viable solution to solve a perceived or real problem. It always seems the opposite is done.
sorry didn't mean to dislike only like. Fat fingers. Need to excercise them more.
start edit: and if you did decide to sell a bot and it was purchased with gold, you would get gold back not silver as it is now.

Uh...yea, this doesn't actually really make sense. Currently, the higher the equipment level, the longer upgrades take, and the more expensive they become. If you can start merging equipment then a)either you have to spend the same time and currency, or more, to merge them as you would to level them, making it a redundant mechanism; or b) such a system could very easily and quickly be exploited. What's to stop you buying 5 tulumbas and merging them altogether to make a level 10 or max weapon, bypassing the current time and currency limitations?
In order to prevent b from happening, you'd have to implement a in a way that makes it more expensive in time and money to do what you're proposing. Which defeats the purpose of such a mechanism in the first place.

Good point Cray, so maybe a merger only ups the equipment by 1 level at a time then or is limited to only allow mergers up to level 6 or 7 so you have to use the traditional method to actually max out, so if I have 3 level 2 whatevers they combine to make a level 5 whatever and it charges some silver for the convenience. I'd just like to have some option other than selling the extras for silver or letting them sit in storage.

They're worth more their weight in just silver. I wish we could trade them in for gold or combine them to upgrade weapons and bots. If not well I guess I'll just be stuck with them!!!

Hm...It might be ok to implement it such that it is a less economical option to convert them to a higher level like you suggest. However, I think the cost-benefit outcome would weigh in favour of it not being worth it, overall. It would probably introduce too much complexity and disagreement for insufficient benefit. If such a system would be introduced, there will definitely be many many players arguing for the limits to be raised, or for the merging to become equal to upgrading outright, which would just lead back to the points in my previous post. A better alternative would be to for us to be able to sell multiple weapons at the same time, like a checkbox'd inventory. Another forum member was on the verge of suggested that here: war-robots-forum.freeforums.net/post/33504Then there would be less hassle getting rid of the extra equipment, and using a sell-and-use-the-silver-income-for-upgrades approach means that you actually get a "profit" from selling weapons that you didn't buy - i.e. those that came with stock bots or that you won in events.
