I have leveled the 2 shocktrains from the event. I do not want to replace orkans with shocktrains on kumiho. I tried on a rogtrain but, perhaps b/c they are not leveled enough, found it very unsatisfying. So I broke out the pins that i have not used since silver league and made an rdbtrain. Predictably, it shreds at 500m, despite pins being lvl 6 and shocktrains being lvl 7.
That is all.

I dont think they do enough damage in pairs or a posses the short cool down time to allow you to take and keep ground. Shocks are (for me at least) best for harassing/support. But you'll need a mobile bot to do that (kumiho, haechi, rog). Just level the shocks up first.

Pins are 500m with a 12 sec reload which pairs nicely with shocktrain's 8 sec reload but need to acquire a target. Also the pinfire gives you some ability to spit back at stuff while you duck and cover. Also, this is D and E level. The real plan for ST's is that I am 85% to my third one and 95% to a bulg, so... But this is a nice interim use for them that lets me put them into the game in the 5th slot as a medium sniper. Once I level them to 10 or so I may give rogtrain another go.

Aren't Gekkos the better setup? You can see if you can hit a target that is partially using cover before firing the shocktrains.
