We are going to do everything we can to get posts by legit members approved ASAP and raise their post counts up enough so that they no longer require approval. Just be patient with us for the first couple days until we have a complete understanding and efficient plan of action for how we can make this as easy as possible. Have you guys looked into how to IP ban someone? Changing your IP can be as easy as a modem reboot and even then people just use a VPN |

We are going to do everything we can to get posts by legit members approved ASAP and raise their post counts up enough so that they no longer require approval. Just be patient with us for the first couple days until we have a complete understanding and efficient plan of action for how we can make this as easy as possible. Have you guys looked into how to IP ban someone? IP bans are standard when we ban people here. He is circumventing it either with a VPN or a modem reboot. |

Hm, I think plugins don't work on mobile, try running desktop. I can confirm this. Android platform and Chrome browser: desktop version shows banner "This Post is Under Quarantine" and cannot be quoted, but mobile version shows post contents and quote button/link is available. Windows and using Firefox Quantum shows banner, quote not available. I appreciate all what forum staff is making to prevent these posts. I've been a member of this forum almost since the beginning and truly hope this issue can be solved. War Robots is just a game afterall and this forum great addition to it  Spammers don't have any reason to ruin others forum experience with these disturbing pics. Let's keep gaming fun to all and forums & other social media clean ! |

As much as I am all for privacy, I think a ban of VPNs would do much more to curb this infestation. |

The 2nd Big Papa post, which is a quote, appears under the Quarantine banner. The banner includes 2 Approve buttons, but the text still appears under the banner for me.
Can you confirm I can see the text and approve buttons as I am now VSTF, or does everyone see it?

If you browse the forum on safari you could try viewing the forum on desktop mode. Not sure how it works for chrome. Otherwise, it would be great if you report what posts you can to us. Should spam deletes also delete posts with this quarantine message then? Just delete the ones that blatantly break the rules. If they don't, report them to the mods and we'll deal with them. The good thing about KoD's bad grammar and spelling is that he's easy to spot, lol. |

Downloaded & installed Safari for Windows. Plugin works in it like it should be, quarantine banner is seen and can't quote post in desktop mode. Safari in Windows does not show a link to switch to mobile view, so I can't test it. |

This is so cool. Thank-you Strayed SuperHero and all the rest who are making this work. Edit: The banner shows up fine for me, whether I am using Mozilla Firefox or Safari on my iPad or using IE or Firefox on my PC. Everything else looks as it always has. I have installed a new plugin that prevents posts from new members showing up unless we approve them. It will take some time to properly vet people so apologies if you are negatively affected. You have a manpower shortage, so you pick a solution that requires massive amounts of manpower? This is a nice stopgap, but honestly you folks need a better plan. You prefer just letting that jackass continue spamming his garbage across the site at will? I have no problem taking a little extra time to approve noob posts if it means we can snag that crap before it hits. Noobs will just have to be patient until somebody either comes up with a better solution or that idiot just fades off onto the sunset. Or hell. |

With persistence you have to also remain vigilant and take away his ability to post his degenerative mind on here. This effort will work but it takes everyone to report and for mods to remove. I don't have any issues with waiting for a post to clear, but this spammer certainly does and that's what we need! |

What ever happened to being respectful and kind? How...as a parent...can you post such material without having the mind of a deranged psychopath? There are some much more serious things about his past that we for sure do not know, probably will never find out, and most definitely do not want to know. I'm afraid this is the result of a person becoming an adult and not having any discipline or respect taught in the household from parenting. I have to say that in all my years of gaming I have never experienced someone so hellbent on chaos just because he didn't get his way in a public community forum. FACEPALM ultimate edition. |
