My suggestion is to report these instances every time they happen and Pix will be forced to look at each report and decide what to do about it. It might be inconvenient to you but sending multiple reports, forces it to come back into their attention. Annoying customers are harder to ignore. I agree. Our clan is all over the place with bronze silver and gold hangars.. We use to be able to load up a silver hangar and squad .. Yesterday I jumped in with some mates and I was top player and they were bottom 3 players and we lost 3 matches in a row. They were completely outmatched and I was dissapointed and depressed because I could always jump in a squad and just run a few quickly..

Right. Okay. Being banded up into a higher tier with squad mates that can talk you through it is a pretty good learning experience. But if that isn't acceptable, I think a better solution is to ask your higher-tier players regularly play in a hangar decently close to the lower-tier players. Eventually, the Elo MM will accurately rate the higher-tier players at the tier they want to play in, and they can squad with the rest. Problem solved. No matches ruined.... oh wait, ruining them was the real point, wasn't it? In theory yes, we could do that. With the way the current matchmaker works you have to play several hours of games in order to be placed in a somewhat appropriate bracket. So say someone who mostly plays gold wants to play with a friend in silver tier who has just come online, what is he to do? Play with silver bots for hours just so that they can get a few games in together? You are talking about guys who have been playing together for months and some for even a year or more, and now suddenly they can't play together. Some play gold more often than silver and vice versa, and because they can no longer just switch hangers and play together it is creating a very frustrating experience for many. It works in practice, too. Certainly, it would be preferable if switching tiers were still allowed, but due to the actions of more than a few bad apples that misused and abused the older system, this ruined things for everybody. So, this seems to be the MM we are stuck with now. But still, you can get what you want in this MM. The gold players would need to switch to playing in silver full time if they want to continue to squad with their friends that they've been playing together for years. This is a sacrifice, but I think a friend would do that to squad with friends. I think a loyal clan member would do that to avoid the clan splitting along tiers, not to mention avoiding the clan having to waste a lot of their members' time as well as wasting the time of the other players in all these ruined matches.

HAHA great thread, zero's across the board on both sides, now that is a statement!!
I too have tired of the new <whatever> in the game, so my adaptation is too go back to my hanger of 2/2 Cossack and steal beacons. I know you notice because I get shot at as I leave. If I were you, I'd shoot me too but that doesn't really matter anymore, it's all bout finding a way to survive right? Well my only resource is a pack of craptastic level 2 junk that competes about as well as anything not 12 so, sorry it's come to this but this is what you get until conditions change... in the spirit of the great Monty Python, beatings will continue until morale improves!!
2/2 capper comin atcha.. I even open with an ECU laden cossie... it takes like 6 shots now hahahahahahahahahaa

You can flame me if you want, doesn't matter. I ran low silver until the "Big change" came to iOS a few days ago, because I got tired of fury's, tridents and dub bots. I needed a break from hg/tt. . So I went back down to low silver to have some fun and get away from all that. I start running 2 boa's, 2 vityaz's and a golem all lvl 4. Had some extra weapons and spent about 3 month leveling up the weapons to a respectable level. Have a 5 slot hangar.
Every once in awhile. Here would come ruin, raze, Nolaw and others. Lvl 2-4 gep's, a good majority with lvl 12 weapons, all different kinds, mostly magnums and aphids and Rogatka' lvl 2 -4, with lvl 9 weapon, orks, taran's and on the odd one tulumba's. Wave after wave of them. Some with 100% win rate at that moment, 50 to 100 victories in a row.
Ok upgrade my weapons mag's, taran's, ecc's to lvl 9. And borrow some from my low gold tier. I figure cool, I'm ready now. Wrong, end up defending home beacon, they were so fast and so powerful, that the newer players that were my team mates, with lesser bots and weapons were eaten alive. I was Still getting respectable kills and damage against in my book, was losing every time against, but all part of the game. Right, Probably not the players who were lvl 10- maybe 20 and bumped a weapon or 2 or a bot which knocked them into low silver might not know that.
But hey, you guys were having fun wiping all the newer players. No big deal. Adding players and keeping them is what builds a game by the way.
So now you have ticked me off. I have gold. I'm going to help defend the little guy. So here goes some of the hard saved gold I earned. Some gep's already have a lvl 2 Rogatka, why not. Pull some of my weapons off of my gold tier. Just happened to have 9 lvl 12'mag's . Cool upgrade the gep's mount some weapons and off I go.
Finally I'm giving some back. Even got a few invites to join clans like yours and other. Never accepted always let them time out.
Still not winning but I'm making a impression. Still seeing wave after wave of gep from your type of clan. And hey, you were having fun. Right?
But in all of that the new players, the ones trying to figure it all out are still being obliterated. But not you guys, you're having fun, joking with your clan mates. Ha ha did You see how fast we wiped them out. Hey Sid, did you notice our profiles three of us have 100% win rates. How cool is that?
After a short time, while I thought I was defending the new players and lower level players. I noticed something. When the battle started they use to open fire on me. Because That gep I opened with, not me, was what they hated. Friend or foe didn't make a difference to them. They saw a bully, that's all they saw.
They were there so they could have fun and learn their bots and their weapons and the game in general. Just like you when you started. Remember? But hey, you all were having fun. What did it matter about all those you beat up on. It's all in the name of fun. Right?
So then the "Big change" came and all of a sudden my gep's were going against maxed out bots maxed out weapons. This can't be right.
Came to the forum, read about what was going on. In some way sad no more distinct tiers no low silver or low gold or bronze, just a set of mathematical formula's now governing the game and match making.
So I stripped my gep's, my Rogatka's stored them away and refitted my high gold and started battling.
Sad that tiers were gone, but accepted it. Yeah I probably have griped about it somewhere in the forum. But adjusted, none the less. That's how things are sometimes, Times change. Move forward or perish. Or do nothing but gripe and sink into despair and become irrelevant.
One thing has kept a little smile going in my mind though. The newer and lower level players are safe now after all this settles down.in to appropriate place. And the big bad bullies have been sent to detention. Giving them some time to build new hangars, slog it out like the rest of us dealing with the tougher competition and join the rest of us in the big new world of match making that are doing their best to make it work and adjust.
But hey, you were only having fun. Right?

That was interesting, I've had a similar experience in the game, but I'm not sure what you are getting at?

I am more than happy to let this issue go, I was only trying to convey my own perspective as calmly as possible in response to all the inflammatory comments such as yours. Let's call this a draw.
