I've finally gotten to the point where I've received enough advice from other players that I'm not a total noob. However, I still lack many skills needed to be better at the game, but I think that with more help I can be a lot better. I've been progressing on my iOS and Android accounts, and I have made the decision to throw in $20 to get some orkans on Christmas. I'm always open to new ideas and advice, and I hope one day, with enough elbow grease, I can become an awesome War Robots player (without using the crap-bots like haechi)!

MrJoshie333 Heh, I don't mean to say that Haechi and the dash bots are bad, its just that they're SOOOOO annoying, especially kumis because the get away so fast. Haechi really isn't that bad for me because most haechis I see have 3 orks, so I just stay at >301 m and kill them with plasma. Kumis keep dashing away so its impossible to hit them -.- Question time!!! I can get 2 orkans around christmas, so my question is: Should I run a stuka griffin and plasma griffin OR should I run an aphid taran griffin and a db griffin (will switch to db rhino when I get one)? |

What gameplay do you like? Close in fast kills, snap decisions or sit back and support and have more time to think?

lol, I recently ran into the same dilemma you are running into with the griffin setups. So, even though stukka Griffin does very high damage, a DB Grif. is considered the best Death Button setup for a Griffin. So, in that case, I'd go with the aphid-taran Grif. However, The Plasma Grif does the most DPM (damage per minute) and so in light of that, I'd actually prefer the stucca grif. with the plasma grif. Or, if you wanted, you could do this: HAve a DB Griffin and a Plasma Griffin (2 of the best DBs for a Griffin - I use those 2, and I'm in Diamond leauge 2), and, buy 2 aphids, and put them on a patton. OR, ---- In the next update, they should becomeing out with a weapon called the Vortex - it is a medium slot weapon, and it is exatly like the aphid - so you could put your 2 aphids on a griffin, and put 2 vortexes on the griffin, but they will probably cost components, so... Or (yes I have more) You could have a Plasma and DB Griffin and : put the 2 aphids on a leo, buy another aphid and put it on the leo also, and place either ann ancile or thunder... BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, back to the point - If I were to choose between those 2 you mentioned at the beginning, then I'd choose... The stukka griffin and the plasma griffin. Hope that hellped! Also, Okrans can still hit you from further away than 300m; if you are on level ground, you can be hit by an okran from 310 meters away. Well, like Maverick said, it depends on if I like to jump in and kill or sit back and play spec-ops. I always die when I jump in to close combat so I think having aphids is good for me, so I can weaken them before hitting. I think tarans do more dpm, but orkans unload faster so you can hop in, kill and hop out. I have considered making a bucket head aphids leo, and a quad aphids Patton, but I want to focus on getting a Zeus or 2 first, because I've always wanted a zarnage. So, I can try both to see how each fits me. I think of stuka as a special ops bot because you can do a lot of strategic things with it. For me, aphid Taran is like weakening and hitting. I've heard that stuka is great for defending center because you weaken them with aphids and if they don't back down then Ork them. Wow I always post too long... |

My advice is just enjoy the game don't rush in like some thinking I've got to get to the top. Be part of your team squad up protect the missile bots. Remember each battle is seven minutes long don't be first to get killed. Just enjoy your self and good luck happy ?
