I bought the initial special (so much silver and a bit of gold everyday for $6.38 aud) and 1 month of VIP while the Halloween special was on. So about $19 AUD been playing for around 3 or 4 months.

I've spent somewhere between $30 and $40. Bought a couple of $10 packs during some events. Can't say that they were ever worth it. Everything else was spent on 600 gold for $1 purchases.... I try to say no but sometimes it's too damn tempting. I think they realized it, because now I get that offer almost every day.
I'm okay with it though. Typically I like giving to games that I spend a lot of time playing, and really enjoy in general. Just a bummer when you invest $10 into a game and get almost nothing of value from it.

So far I've spent $80 on War robots but since I started in 2015 I wasted $40 worth of gold on trash weapons like Quad Gekkos and upgrades and ended up selling them after seeing a level 12 bot with level 12 weapons(yes a tanker).
I will still spend more money for upgrades because it's my work money and choice. I dislike the Royale and chest system it's an utterly rigged system that cheats the players money and time.
This game you buy something and you're guaranteed to get it, as in weapons and robots and it's way better then completely RNG crates.

TLDR: maybe 100 dollars over the course of 3 years.
I've been playing for a few years years, and before October last year, I spent an average of 5-10 dollars a month to support the game and grab some gold.
Since October of last year, the game has taken successive steps towards being pay to win, the last and most brutal of which was when they released the dash bots a little bit ago. They are expensive and crazy unbalanced. The worst of it though, is the new MKII thing that lets you reset a level 12 item back to lvl 1 but with a 20% stat bonus.
Players who don't have the money to pay for the silver to upgrade their hangars to MKII have a very very long grind ahead of them to even their odds of winning.
Generally-speaking, the upgrade system is the most insidious feature of the game because the math works out such that the higher a player's robots are leveled, the less likely skill is to be the primary factor in determining the outcome of a battle.
Don't play this game. It's too late for most of us. We're already addicted to robots and this abusive relationship we're in with Pixonic, but it's not too late for you.
Run. Run far far away.

Slightly less than 30 euros since I started 16 months ago. Abiut half of those in the very first event (Halloween 2016) to buy keys (I didn't know any better, back then) the rest for those 500+ Au offers for 0.89 euro that I don't get anymore since the end of last event.

I got Premium for a few events earlier in the year. I have gotten the new player offers (30 day "scavenger bot", one Gepard for FBGR) and initial Premium for 2 accounts.
Stopped spending when the P2W silliness made paying to advance faster pointless.
I may pay something again if they by some miracle manage to turn away from P2W, but until then just chilling, steadily upgrading while switching to lighter bots and longer range (lower damage) weapons as necessary (edit: one bot at a time, not switching entire hangar back and forth, which would be borderline tanking-clubbing) to stay out of P2W leagues (not sure where the threshold is, but Android Expert 3 and maybe 2 are currently ok).

Incidentally, I made a poll exactly about this recently and I got 120 answers, here: war-robots-forum.freeforums.net/thread/15905/spent-on-War Robots Weird distribution, in the end, but suggesting that either one spends relatively little or a lot, which is consistent with the trend typically seen in gambling at casinos (what a surprise)

I've spent maybe 200$ in total since 10/2016 or so but haven't spent one cent since the dashbot release. And I will keep it this way.

Before the sales. sometimes I bought 500 gold other times premium account. But now I'm constantly buying the 500-600 gold for $0.99. These offers really helps and speed up the winning gold process.
I'm not against paying but paying the ridiculous prices that Pixonic ask is too much.
$300 for a digital piece of content!?!? 「whiskey tango foxtrot」!!!

I've never spent anything on War Robots. For the longest time I just didn't need to. I still don't need to, but there are things I would really like to have. I'd love another haechi, and I'd like to play with a pair of storm. The dash bot pricing was so outrageous that I'll probably never feel good about giving Pixonic any money. It makes me realize I'll never have current meta bots again. With the component system taking so long to assemble bots/weapons, without spending real money over and over a pilot will always be at least 3 generations of meta behind.

I spent a little less than $70 over the course of close to 8 months. I would have paid a lot more if Pixonic had shown a little love.

I do purchase the 500-600 gold offer when it arrives because its cheap and affordable. why? well I'd rather pay $1.29 AUD then full price $6.99 AUD for 600 gold. Though I'm not sure if this offer stays in the cycle permanently or is gone when you purchase it multiple times. As for those $300 bots, yeah no way even though I make $300 a week from my job I wouldn't buy these things since they're not worth it.

When I was playing iOS I bought the n00b gepard pack, and the gold drone. When I went to FB I bought the drone pack again, and the same for my daughter. So all up maybe $25AUD I dont mind paying for games but to compare it to a full 3D PC game, if I'm forking out close to a hundred bucks, it should give you all the features, not a hundreth of them

Iâve spent maybe, $20 in 6 months. A while back I bought an Orkan by itself for $4.99. I thought it was a great deal at the time and looking back it still kind was. After that the only thing I spend money on is 600Au for $0.99 whenever that deal pops up. Edit: Just saw this: Before the sales. sometimes I bought 500 gold other times premium account. How do you get offers for 500 gold for a buck? I've never had an offer like that. I get them every few days. There are two that are similar. 600 Au for $0.99 (600% profit or something) and the other is 500 Au for $1.99(480% profit, I believe). I think the offers are also based on what a player has bought in the past. For instance, I hear about this 70,000 Au offer for $100 but Iâve never gotten it because Iâve never bought even a 10 or 20 dollar item. Pixonic has even stated that players with different criteria will get different offers so you are either meeting criteria more for other offers or you are just not seeing them when you get them. Edit #2: Ironically, I just opened the game to see the 600Au offer: ![](https://i.imgur.com/GXoZqX0.jpg)

Not a cent.
I don't hate Pixonic; I think using real money ruins the experience of a free to play game, no matter the intended purpose of the microtransaction, and my history of buying virtual currency eventually leads to diminishing returns. Of course, I'd usually play long enough to see if buying virtual currency is worth doing; if it's not or I don't need to, I won't.
I have used Gold to expedite upgrades, Royale, robot slots, and have bought two Gekkos. I bought them to use with my Scourges, but I stopped using Gold weapons, so I sold both Gekkos, along with the free Ancile and Aphid from the Halloween event. Cash is superior to any robot or weapon in the game, so I use Silver only with no WP.

Got it. Let me just check those figures...
Yep. I'm certain.
