What’s new:
— Reload button: Reload your weapons anytime!
— New weapon Vortex: New short-range guided missiles for medium slot.
Level 8: 19620 damage, range: 350m, reload time: 10sec.
— UI slightly improved: texture contrast, colors, numbers size, new hit marker

I can't wait to try the reload button especially on the scourage. I'm not sure that we need more guided missiles though.

Medium range missiles ... wonderful. Dash in, lock, fire, dash away. Or, stand still fire, enemy finally closes on you, dash away. Some maps, Power Plant, Moon, Dead City, are already horrific due to the volume of missile monkeys.

Wouldnt a reload button merely speed up the time a reload starts without actually messing with the reload duration? I can see where it would be handy. Im just curious how it would work with the wild west bots.

Having the ability to reload while not in a firefight would rock. I hate it when I run into a new enemy with half clips.

Having the ability to reload while not in a firefight would rock. I hate it when I run into a new enemy with half clips. You can just empty your weapons on a wall while being behind cover, so you'll have your weapons 100% charged for the next enemy. |

Yeah, but doing that can be a pain while moving to my next engagement. Reload removes the pointless shooting just to get full clips again.

Reload will work great for Tarans and Scourages. I did not like how it zeros out charging weapons as I feel the reload button should know not to reload charging weapons. I can say I do miss it in the live server. I don't like the time it takes to empty Tarans while moving to the next opponent.
