Can someone pleeeeeeease tell me how this @$&*#% only managed 50k damage in a long, hard fight ? There's been far, far too many of these to be considered disconnects and most of the time, they hAve under 10k damage. I play at LEAST 15 matches a day and never get disconnected. What's the purpose of playing if you're not going to play. And for the record, I'm on android so it's not like they're dropping to cheat MM.

This one's certainly an enigma. It's like he played well for awhile, then just started phoning it in for the past 50 games. 1.0 destroyed? 38% win? If I had to guess, this person knows what's coming and is trying to pre-tank their score to give them a 'head start' of sorts.

I let folks I know whose best hangars are high Silver and who don't have a Fury or Lance use my Gold tier hangar, which happens to have a Trident Fury and a Lance available. Dunno.

My point is that it has become an problem on near epidemic proportions. You can feel it during the game, it feels like you're the only one fighting . You have 3 or 4 reds coming after you alone. Well, it turns out that someone has bailed or is hiding and usually 3 other cowards are sniping . It's getting really old, really quickly. Christ, I got my old lady playing just so I would have some backup for a change ( turns out, she's a mean capper I'm proud to say).

That is the reason why I am such a fan of squad battles with my clan mates - known quantities. I know clans aren't for everyone but if you really get tired of the randoms, find a clan where you and your wife can join and run some matches with pilots who you can trust and who run similar levels to you. there are just too many out there whose actions are just inexplicable. And what I've found is that I enjoy the game even more getting on voice comms with my clan members to fight matches and to shoot the breeze - you get to know their equipment and tactics and your fights re just so much better. And a heck of a lot better way to learn more about the game than just typing away. Plus my clan mates are from around the globe so another interesting benefit when chatting away. just a thought.

Yeah Boom, I just rejoined my old clan after taking a few month hiatus, got my stripes back and immediately recruited her. But I still have to go random sometimes, and even if I do have reliable battle-buddies, there's always the other half of the team that more resembles the Bad News Bears

Nothing like squading with a frequent enemy to understand their equipment and tactics for later use in head to head matches, plus we were typically better players than randoms so we could overcome stronger opponents. I found them thru discord, the line app, my other clan mates, and on this site. It helped that a number of us are on voice comms on discord and used intra-clan sites to squad up....the change to MM has kind of blown it all up so it is another reason I'm a bit miffed at the changes. good luck - I know the frustrations of running solo as I still do it 20% of the time.

Hey boomsplat, this is excellent stuff on networking that a lot of folks might not think to do. Lol that one moment when you about to take down a griffin with low health but then a random galahad comes running in and then that griffin be like "heh you thought"
