Ok I will be honest with the fact that I have been skipping maps and leaving matches where I am paired up with noobs using Cossacks and deserters while facing an opposition of good silver and WP bots like griffins, fujins and carnages. I am well aware that pixonic loves to punish its players when they belive they have the right to chose what map to play or refuse to play with platoons of deserter seals that don't like to capture beacons and off coarse the camper Natasha tea party bonanza at spawn that has increased in popularity over the recent update. But anyways this is not a rant so I will go straight to the point.
It is logical that at some point I will end up in leavers queue. During the Halloween event I got put in leavers queue a couple of times in the span of 1.5 weeks.( I have been in LQ b4 so I am familiar with it) Usually it consists of longer waiting times to find matches (40sec-2min) followed by a massacre of your own bots by 12/12 hangers with Mk2 weapons and with the added sprinkles of reduced ag rewards and zero AU rewards. After completing X amount of battles u are let out of hell to go back to your own match making hell of whatever tier u are on. However things were different after the Halloween event ended (makes me wonder if pixo implemented something new into this worthless queue). after the event ended I did my usual routine of skiping certain maps or battles with care to avoid the LQ however I still managed to get put in it (I belive I am atleast) however things are different, I haven't been able to acess a match since, this has been going on for a few hours. I hit the go to battle button and it stays on the loading screen that its searching for players with the timer on it. I hit that battle button earlier exacaly 4 hours and 30 miniutes ago and still no match. I did it even earlier before that and got the same thing except that at one point I got a message saying that my account was being used on another device. I have no other device that has been linked to my only game center account. which is strange and I have only found one other post like this on the forums but it wasent very helpful.
so my question for u guys is do u think I'm being hacked? or is it possible that this may be a new form of cumulative punishment silently snuck in by pixo? which goes to my next point........
I have been monitoring the patterns of leaver queue and match maker [poo poo's] and am starting to notice a slight pattern in how u get matched but also did notice that it took longer each additional time to get out of LQ.
What do you guys think about this? is it just me? or are u guys experiencing something similar? cumulative punishment (meaning the more u leave/get put in LQ the harder it is for u to leave each additional time kinda like getting karma for it) or secret temporary time bans (1 day,2 days, month ect) This would surely deter many of us from leaving maps but only because it would cause a massive exodus from the game. I do not want to play a game where I get fried by treb or zeus snipers without even getting a chance to get even 400 meters from them because its a wide open map. so this would be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me to just delete the game completely and move on.
everything I have stated here is from things that I belive I have experienced and may or may not be true. The intent is not to start a flame war or get everyone into a toxic state (even though toxic is the new attitude towards the game these days) I simply wish to put out this topic so that if anyone else is experiencing it we can get it out to the community so that we as a community can validate this or falsify it and if so help warn those that don't know so they wont end up where I am. I hate to have to put a post out like this but pixonic has been very sneaky with all the silent nerfs and buffs/ changes and they cant be trusted with transparency or balancing. Also if any of u have dealt with the same issue and got back into the game please help me, I would deeply appreciate it. I have read posts of people being stuck in LQ for weeks at a time
