Oh boy! I was hitting millions on Canyon going pound town on those arti-hydra warriors with my close-mid range setups.

I actually enjoyed fighting in odd places (i.e. not CB) in Yam TDM -3-, hiding behind the snowy hills or finding out structures I never saw before.
well less reason to play TDM for me :/ but might be a good news to others,

hmph... doesn't make everyone happy... canyon is my favourite map...
I suppose it encourages out and out face smashing brawlers

I think those maps were hurting the utility of Dashes, Inquisitor, and Ember in TDM. Can't have a map were silver bots like Natasha & Leo had an actual advantage.

I for one like this idea. If I play TDM, I want to brawl. Dealing with range constantly is just down right boring in my opinion. Last week after trying to get a brawler match and only hitting big maps in TDM I got so frustrated I loaded up an entire hangar of range, hit TDM and was given Yam map. I sat for 9 minutes, literally playing one handed while I ate jellybeans, and petted my dogs and used up 3 bots getting 800k in damage. We won and I was one of that last ones left. It was after that game I pretty much quit playing TDM because if I can do 800k with one hand playing, there was not much that was going to keep me interested in that kind of gameplay.

I don't like that idea! Why does the War Robots team want to penalize (again) players who also like long range fights? Is their next step to totally erase the long-range robots and weapons? I play both long and short range in the same play, I enjoy both and that is (or was) the good thing about the game. Definitely, if this game is going to be only for short rang combat, I'll be out of it.

azerty , they want you to spend big money to get Dash bots and Embers. But snipers and in general "skill-less bots", that is, builds that don't require a lot of skill to use (like Hydra/Spiral builds) are far too strong already. As for long range maps, I would much prefer to see sniping weapons nerfed in general. I can play on those maps, very successfully, on Android where I have no Dash bots (one Gekko Zeus Natty and 4 knife fighters). But it's extremely boring. And it doesn't matter whether it's Dom, BR or TDM. Frankly, I don't like TDM at all. It just removes an strategic element from Domination that is needed to force players to go offensive. I did play some TDM on FB GR because yes, if you're going for kills (like in the event), TDM is perhaps the fastest way to get there. One game I had 5 (!) red Zenit/Noricum builds. And you know what, they got both my Haechi and my Ancilot because I was literally the only one going after them, and the bombardment of 5 robots (mixed with a few Magnums) will get you eventually. Of course, Domination isn't much better. This one was a rather typical Facebook Domination game for me: Hardly any help from teammates. Those 3 guys on my team with <100k damage had 3-slot hangars with light robots, and competed against Champions. And as far as beacons are concerned, it's "beacons? what beacons?", which is especially refreshing when you're up 3-1 on robots but down 1-4 on beacons, and you're like "oh please, get just that one beacon because you're walking right towards it - there you go - no no no no - argh, he walked past the beacon without turning it" quickly followed by "never mind, it's a loss".

Well, you're not alone! It's very frustrating when you're the only aggressive player on the team and the rest are players with 3 slot hangers against gold and above. I see these battles frequently. It's worse when you start off and realize that blue is one team member short form the start - happens so often now and battles end with over 6 to 7 minutes to spare!
