What are those, how are they calculated and how (if) can they be used?

Karma is the total amount of likes you have, I’m not sure how net worth is calculated, but it’s probably has to do with karma or posts. You can buy profile icons with it.

Your karma is based on how many likes vs dislikes you get
Edit: you can use the "money" you make to buy bots, medals or weapons in here but TJEY DO NOT TRANSLATE BACK INTO THE GAME. I choose to play stocks and have done quite well. But again this money does not translate back into the game either, I'm sorry to say.
