My philosophy in the game is to have fun since it is a game after all. I used to spend a little $$ but I don't support Pixonic anymore after they released the cash bots. I like to play with faster bots so I'm a fan of the stalker, rogatka, Jesse, and Doc. I really like the stalker so half of the time when I'm talking on the wiki or discord I will be talking about the stalker.
I like to play stalker a lot. I'm currently promoting one of the pinatas and I will get the other one later. I'm mostly a knife-fighter but if I have problems with mid-rangers or snipers then I bring out Zeus Fury or Treb Butch. The thing I like about light robots because sure you may take down an average robot with an Ancilot or dash bot that's easy because obviously they're more powerful so I take great pleasure in taking down a heavy robot with a light robot despite the overwhelming difference in power.
When it comes to gameplay, I like to do the right thing and go for beacons and help where its needed the most. I don't go for max damage and I'm not always going to get 600k-900k every game. I tend to take the less popular routes when it comes to beacons.
I hate bad teammates and campers. Nothing turns me off than people who camp and play defensively and never go for any beacons. I also hate RDB griffins too and I lose respect for anyone who uses hydras.
I'm also looking for an active clan to play and squad with. I'm currently trying out clans right now to see if I will like to stay or not. I'm not a big fan of huge family clans that span like 15 clans all connected. If there a weekly trophy requirement then I may not want to join your clan because I got life and school and occasionally I take breaks from the game. This is a game after all so I don't want to turn it into second work. If the process of joining requires that I have to fill out a form somewhere then you're clan is already too serious for me, sorry. I used discord too.
I have a brother too who plays and got me into this game so if I join your clan, I will bring him with me. He is busy with school and work but still has a little time to play.
