Just lost 5600 Au from an inadvertent tap. Been playing for over a year, took awhile to get that much stockpiled. I can't even get a response from Pix. Furious and frustrated.

I have seen threads like this and in most cases they got refunded. DONT SPEND ANYTHING. Wait for a response first and they will likely refund it. It can take a few days.
