Hate to point out what should be obvious but this clause pretty much exists on every TOC/TOS for just about any app or game out there. Its worded almost exactly the same everywhere. Same with them not being liable for this or that etc. Its all pretty common. Sure its boiler-plate. Boiler-plate exists for a reason. Point is its only recently that that reason existed for War Robots, and its only recently that Pixonic has made any effort to make that boiler-plate visible. That button has been there at least the last update or two. They also have the same ( or very similar ) terms on their website ( in the section for the War Robots game ). You can be sure these terms always existed somewhere. Even if they weren't so easily visible in the past, not sure why it people are upset that they've made them easier to find.

Not on iOS and not on FB Gameroom (I have no experience with Android). There's no direction to the company website in any stage of starting to play the game (or in paying for any in-game items). I can be sure Pixonic would like for these terms to have always existed, but you have to agree to a EULA for a reason. People are upset because the game didn't used to need this kind of boiler-plate, and now it does.

Yeah, this just happened in this last update. And I looked in every crack and crevice and I assure everyone that it never existed before this last update anywhere. I even inquired with Google's and Apple's legal depts a while back about it. They had no records of it then even in their own agreements between distributors and producer.
