Yesterday I bought a 30 days VIP Premium through Google Play Store and as I arranged, I will pay through my phone's credit. During the process, it said "Error". Then my phone's credit was deducted but I received no VIP Premium. I immediately emailed Pixonic customer support and they replied, "An agent will get to you as soon as possible." I attached screenshots of notification sms and order history from Google Play Store in the email.
Now 36 hours have passed and no agent from Pixonic contacted me through email to sort my problem. I have emailed them again asking fot help but there's no reply. Why?
I have bought items from Pixonic. Mostly gold coins, there was also lottery tickets and this is my second time buying VIP Premium. Before, there was no problem. Now I need to gain more silver coins to upgrade my robots and weapons because upgrading becomes costly.
What should I do? Pixonic doesn't reply. Thanks.
