 6 Pack League Rules: 1. Level 6 bots and weapons at 6 or below - Mk1 only 2. No bot or weapon restrictions 3. Minimum 3 players per team (more if both teams agree). Games are best of 5, single elimination , Domination matches. 4. League will be monthly 5. Any player using gear above level 6 will disqualify their team and lose the game. 6. Both teams will be responsible, by way of team designate, to post win/loss screen for official recording of stats and for cross checking 7. Both teams will self police the other for weapon and bot violations 8. Will there be something like this for iOS as well? An alternative I've just hit rock with but is as yet undiscussed is cross server fights that meet on Facebook gameroom. Interest level depending. If anyone were interested, get going on Facebook game room now and post here. Would take longer than pure platform arenas, but is really easy with just a little time. |

Going to be interesting to see what the meta looks like at level 6. I'm thinking the thunder mag Leo is going to be the brawler of choice. The 156k HP is pretty much unstoppable against level 6 weapons.
I can appreciate the simplified approach of level 6 everything. Any chance the forum would care to allow level 8 light bots. That might provide a little more variety. Thoughts?

Damn my balanced upgrade strategy, all my useful stuff is at 9.
But this is a great idea, really is. On iOS so will start getting some lev 6 stuff together in the hope we can work it out.
Will try out the Facebook thing as well, might be the ideal answer. Can you still play the FB game room on a Tablet or is it PC only? (Apologies if that is a stupid question, I have managed to survive thus far with only a vague idea of how these new-fangled commuters things work).
Hope this happens, great to see something positive in the midst of all the angst.

I hope I can find time to get in on this. Maybe not this month, as I just found out about it. But maybe in future matches. I still have several weapons and bots at level 6 or lower that I can run. Shouldn't have to burn any Ag to buy, only to level up to 6. Will give me an excuse to bring my Boa up to 6. I already have a Leo and Natty at 6, so it shouldn't take me very long at all to get a hangar together.
Please keep me in the loop for future tournaments.

Okay, I admit it. I'm an idiot. I clicked on the link that took me to Discord. I finally got my account verified and all that, but I can't seem get the link to take me to the 6 pack information link.
As I get older, I get more crotchety and short tempered. I feel like the old man that can't program his new fangled gadget. Like my dad always used to ask me to come over and program his VCR, and his favorite channels on his cable tuner. Now it's happening to me.
Oh, my God! I've turned in to my dad. Somebody, please shoot me.
