Nothing, the workshop keeps going for ever, when it is maxed it just means you don't get the periodic bonus workshop points. Other than that it continues on as normal.

No, but the accumulation of points carries on. Mine maxed out ages ago, but you still make about 550 points a day, have nearly 40k of them now, they just keep on building up.

Thunder Carnage, Tarans, and Magnums. I'm up over 60,000, and may do something wild like get Fujin and Raijin. If you like to play sniper, you might think about Trebuchet or Trident, although Trident isn't what it once was, due to some recent nerfs.
Who knows? I might get a second Carnage and mount Zeus on it. A lot will depend on what the Pixies plan to do with the "Component" scam they plan to run in the near future. Supposedly, I believe it's Component, where they're talking about allowing WP holders to redeem WP. for components for bots and weapons. I'll reserve judgment until I see it, but I smell a rat.

Seems normal to me.

I understand that Pixonic severely nerfed the splash damage on the Trident in recent updates. I don't use them although I have one. I only know what I read on the Forum. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's what I understood them to say.

IMHO If I'm going to fire on somebody, I'd feel better if I had more than 3 shots every 10-15 seconds. I prefer RDB's for mid range shooting, but everyone has their own preferences.

I only mentioned Tridents because the subject is WP. I think that everyone including Pixonic realizes that WP isn't what it used to be. In spite of that, people continue to build them up in the off chance that future premium weapons and bots may some day be available for WP. I know a lot of people are campaigning for the new bots and weapons to be available for one of the original three currencies, although that is pretty much a forlorn hope.

all being said, at what point does one stop producing WP? On iOS, I have all the WP bots and weapons I care to use. So does it make sense to keep spending Au to produce more WP? Personally, I believe the silver is better spent on upgrades if one has a comfortable hangar. I stopped spending Au producing WP at 45,000 pts. If I want another WP bot or weapon, I have enough to splurge but I don't see the point in producing WP especially when you get to lvl 9 and above where upgrades are several million Au.

I still have around 130K WSP and that's after I bought at least 4 of all WSP weapons and 2 of every WSP bot. Honestly, I was about to just spend it down on WSP items just to covert them to silver, but this ability to trade them in for Components has me thinking I might start buying WSP again. After all, the silver cost to buy WSP isn't even half a game of silver earned on a win and gold is essentially unspendable after you get everything current avail by Au --- and you don't do speedups.
Perhaps pilots with 150K plus WSP will get a windfall in Components.......

I stopped awhile back. Given the announcement and brief mention of being able to burn through accumulated points though I've wondered about getting them going again. Don't know if it worth 240k every 24hrs.

I agree, only I'm taking my WP to 75,000 before I stop. That way, when I'm ready, I can pop for a Fujin or a second Carnage, and still have at least 50,000 should WP's ever regain their currency status. As I said in an earlier post, a lot will depend on what the Pixies do with the currency conversion, and how WP will fit in to those plans. One thing I don't understand, if Pixonic is edging away from WP for purchasing weapons and bots, why do they still offer WP with some daily tasks? I scratch my head every time I see one of those WP tasks pop up. I use my 2 change allowance to go for Au instead if I can. Yesterday, I got 3 WP tasks. I burned one of my changes, only to get another WP task. I burned my second change for an Au task, leaving me with one WP task. I waited until today to change the other one to Au.

Why do you say to stop buying? If he has 40k then he is putting silver into the workshop and not getting anything out of it. This assumes that he has everything needed. As you reach higher and higher levels, silver becomes more and more valuable. having it sunk into work shop points becomes a waste and you will never get it back.

Don't have everything, not even close, just don't see the point in buying the next project until I can put the time into levelling it. The treb butch will happen some day, some day.
